Friendly and very helpful staff. Clean, comfortable, and safe. Would definitely recommended to friends. We really loved our stay.
WiFi signal and morning coffee were just a bit weak.
Position was excellent and value for money was very good the room was very small
design is nice
there is a stairway to reach the room, a long one very complicated with heavy bagagge - I didn´t like this was not informed. Room was very small, as well as the the bathroom, both were cold, there is no exhaust fan at the bath so vapor goes directly into the room, bed is small for 2, and price was the one of a better hotel.
Personal amable y con voluntad de agradar
Tamańo de la habitación .
Friendly reception, fast wifi and nice breakfast.
The room was too small
Small hotel with good reception. Clean and beautiful sightseeing from the hotel deck
I loved the location, 2 blocks from my brother and family. the staff was fantastic, very friendly and accomodating. there is a sun deck with chairs to relax or the living room area to watch TV. I would stay here again.
The bed was a not as comfortable as I would like and the shower in the bathroom was very small. It was as clean and comfortable as expected. I will stay here again.
very friendly and helpful staff!
friendly staff, good air condition, beautiful public places, great location, safe surroundings,
extremely noisy rooms, difficult to sleep/rest even at 4 AM, basic room, no desk to work, no electricity outlets in the room, noisy old TV set,
We liked the profession and friendly staff, who did everything they could to make our short stay happy.
We stayed just for one night en route from Iguazu to Australia, so just wanted somewhere central. This hotel met our needs adequately. Having just come from Iguazu, we found the lack of a view and the small size of the room quite claustrophobic - but this is to be expected in an inner city facility. The lack of a lift may present a problem to some visitors.
They couldn't possibly done more. The little cleaning lady carried one suitcase up the flight stairs (one flight) and that was great for two seventyish (74) folks before I could even asked for help - after a 2 day airline nightmare. Great food and drinks up the street at midnight, by a neat lady - but of course not as neat as mine. Place is not big, but just perfect if you don't need all the, usual BS that you, like me, never use.
It is in the middle of many restaurants, cafés and bars.
Loved the location, reception and breakfast area, the staff, bathroom products and decoration Very comfortable and quiet during the night.
The bathroom window in room 5 does not lock, even though it's a safe building, it's just something that needs to be fixed. The terrace looks so nice but it needs sweeping. So one point deducted for little details and jobs missed. Maybe some better accessible plug sockets would be good, minor suggestion.
clean, friendly, tasteful interieur
rather small room, no fridge, WiFi access didn't work on my cellphone. Unfortunately, the promised whirlpool was dry
Good location near to domestic airport, supermarket, restaurants. welcoming staff, speak good english Small but pretty garden & roof top garden
Spa empty. Small rooms
Very helpful reception. Good location.
Breakfast not included. I bought it at additional cost. It was ok but limited.
The guy at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were really clean, cozy, and cute.
The owner charged us 7 pesos to hold one of our bags in storage for us for 2 days.
The location is perfect. A gellato shop next door and a wonderful Italian restaurant 2 doors away. It is within walking distance of so many sights and parks. The small staff was very helpful and friendly, important for a first time visitor.
Some people would think the rooms are small. We had no problem with this as Buenos Aires is such a fascinating city and the area is so interesting that we spent little time awake in the room.
