“ Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to organise me a driver, even before I was a guest in the hotel. Excellent location close to bars and restaurants. Nice room. Very cheap food and alcohol in the hotel. Free glass of wine upon check-in. Will stay here again in future. ”

Excellent Location Friendly Staff Felt dated, chipping paint, pilled comforter. Many things weren't working: my jacuzzi tub, the steam shower, the wifi on the last morning

Staff were super helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Nice area with plenty of bars and restaurants. Breakfast wasn't ready until 8:30am - late when you have an international flight.

The location was fantastic. Close to the Airport and lively eateries. A short walk to Plaza Serrano which has many bars and places to eat. The staff were more than helpful with directions and speaking to the airlines after an issue arose. Breakfast was more than adequate. Nice fresh juice, pastries and lots of coffee. I thought the room was slightly over priced for what it was but then it is located in an upmarket neighbourhood.

Simple, clean decor, everything functional; easy to feel at home in. Staff very helpful. Bathroom felt a bit unfinished: eg, I couldn't stop the shower leaking onto the floor. Location was a little far from where I wanted to go: usually a 30 minute cab ride to anywhere.

El diseño en general, la habitación, la ubicación pegado a Plaza Serrano y a los outlets de Gurruchaga. A pesar de la cercanía a Plaza Serrano, súper silencioso. Muy buena atención y predisposición del personal. La puerta de nuestro baño no trancaba.

Da localização do hotel. É excelente, pois fica no centro de Palermo Soho. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. O café da manhã é simples, mas o que é servido é gostoso e muito fresco, ao contrário de vários hoteis cujo café da manhã é variado, mas de baixa qualidade. Nada a declarar.

Personeel was attent en vriendelijk. Kamer was ruim en schoon. Locatie is perfect tussen gezellige straatjes met barretjes en restaurants. Veel geluid van buiten hoorbaar.

O Hotel é uma graça. A decoração é linda e saõ poucos quartos, o que garante um atendimento vip. Muito simpáticos. Adorei a localização, passeamos muito a pé pelo bairro e pelos milhares de barzinhos. O café da manhã não tem muitas variedades.
