Overbooked so the first night I get an incorrect room, broken chair, cracked courtesy glass, airconditioning problems. Promised a better room next night: nothing broken but, no Wi-Fi, pealing paint, not too clean, smaller bathroom and...no apology. Ridiculously expensive for such an old, low quality dump. Plenty of better hotels in Buenos Aires for lower prices. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Never again!

It was a little cold and the bathroom window was not closing all the way and the room could use a paint job ,other wise for the money excelent. Location I needed to do a costume paper work and I could not get any better,

La habitación muy confortable y el desayuno excelente. existen cuatro box y hay una sola PC, en la habitación no había señal de WIFI, los sillones del lobby...restaurarlos no estaría mal.

A localização é boa, mas naõ vale a pena. Hotel esta um pouco decadente, até isso tudo bem, o problema é que não tem serviço algum, pedi para ligar para reservar um restaurantes e nem isso eles podiam fazer, não retorno

O serviço de internet wifi não funciona nos quartos, apenas no lobby. Pessoal pouco amigável. Localização distante de tudo, com a vizinhança sendo um deserto de opções gastronômicas e culturais. Prefiro se hospedar no Retiro, Recoleta ou Palermo.
