clean, modern ambiente is not a 5 star hotel, I would rate it max 4 star. Reserved a non-smoking Superior room, got a smoking Standard room. No personal attention. No area to relax, no nice bar. Location is dangerous at night.

It was centrally located so it was easy to walk to several locations. One staffer spoke good English, and was particularly helpful with recommendations on things to do. The room was clean and roomy, and met our needs. While I liked being centrally located, I found the neighborhood surrounding the hotel a bit run down.

La habitación divina, y el restó que está en la entrada 725 Bar & Bistró (creo que es) es excelente en cuanto a atención y gastronomía. Las fotos con las que promocionan el hotel nada tienen que ver con la realidad. Una decepción la terraza. Los empleados del servicio "desayuno" tienen que hacer un curso para aprender a ser más "reservados y discretos" en cuanto a su opinión de los clientes que se alojan.

limpeza la habitacion es sofocante no cuenta con a posibilidad de abrir las ventanas, unicamente unos 10 cm, genera sensacion de encierro. la relacion calidad precio es pésima, no vale la noche lo qe ofrece el hotel. por la mitad de dinero se accede a hoteles muy superiores, no es un 5 estrellas.

La piscine et le bar sur le toit un vrai plaisir. Petit déjeuner très complet. Très dommage que le bar ne soit pas ouvert après 20h, il serait bien agréable de rester un peu sur la terrasse, car il n'y a aucun petit coin, à part le trottoir pour fumer.

Em primeiro lugar queria dar um recado a você que esta olhado as opiniõs do hotel, tudo balela... Vc lê uma opinião que o café da manhã é ruim, depois mais abaixo lê que o mesmo café da manhã é ótimo,isso "pira o cabeção " de qualquer um, então vc tem que partir do principio que: se o hotel é 5 estrelas, ruim ele não vai ser...perfeição... Nem em casa agente tem,vai ter coisas que vai te agradar e outras nem tanto...vamos á minha opinião: o Argentino está "precisando" de turistas Brasileiros, os turistas chegam um pouco "acanhados" e depois vai soltando a "franga" achando que eles são "empregados" e eles são extremamentes orgulhosos e não se sente bem com este tipo de tratamento( nem nós sentiriamos também) portanto se vc se comportar com cordialidade e educação vc vai receber a mesma coisa,o hotel é ótimo, excelente café da manhã(se liga que tem um garçon só pra fazer pratos quentes ( ovos mexidos,uma delicia), é só pedir) o quarto e muito cheiroso e limpo,o chuveiro paga o ingresso, as arrumadeiras muito cordiais, o que precisei na recepção fui prontamente atendido pelo marcos, agora a localização...e fantastica,próximo de tudo, bons restaurantes,comércio tem até um bingo a duas quadras, casa rosada, praça de maio , porto madero,obelisco, etc...tudo na esquina, esqueça ricoleta, muito loge, vc vai precisar de taxi pra qualquer coisa,menos ir ao cemitério da ricoleta,estava esquecendo do ônibos que faz um tour pela cidade...imperdivel...sai de frente a este hotel...ou seja vai por mim que estive lá, não vá para outro hotel, neste vc será atendido em todas suas nescessidades, senão ...me desculpe mas vc é xarope.

La habitacion Los elevadores. A veces habia que esperar demasiado, no hay en suficiente cantidad, o son viejos, lentos. No estan acorde al nivel que el hotel pretende tener, y que cobra!!!

Si, he disfrutado mucho mi estancia en el Hotel. La atención de primera, muy limpio, confortable y seguro. Además de una excelente ubicación para disfrutar, como lo hice, de un concierto espectacular en el Gran Rex.
