The hotel staff are very nice. We arrived at 7 am and we had permission to go to the room, even before the check-in time at 14 pm. This was great because we were very tired. The hotel location is good, three blocks from Casa Rosada and near from Florida street.
Breakfast had few fruit options.
This hotel sums up what ba is going through now, it's stylish, comfortable without overdoing it. The staff are really nice and helpful. And the location is really hard to beat, just a couple of.blocks from obelisco
Clean, excellent service, very good breakfast, beautiful furnishings, helpful staff. Restaurant food turned out to be the best we had in 4 days in BA
the location is close to attractions but not much in terms of restaurants.
in center / good room
some of the staff Martin specially at the front desk. Very arrogant . Arrived 10 am after 24 hours of different flights and he would not let us in until 14.00h and he said that the room was ready but that it was hotels policy. This we could not understand and when I raised my voice he said we were not welcome anymore in the hotel BUT we paid the full 3 days in advance so after a fight he let us in , really not nice at all !
- Hotel was located centrally near Florida street. - Sightseeing bus started across the street. - Many corner markets, ATMs and restaurants nearby. - Hotel staff was incredibly friendly & helpful, as my wife was sick, and had to find a hospital. They even offered to have a doctor come to the hotel. - Bar staff was very friendly and fun. - Bathroom was large with 2 person tub, and a separate shower. - Room service food was excellent & quick.
- Breakfast was really crowded.
Very nice hotel. Very safe area great location. Two blocks from Florinda shopping area. Great places to eat in this area as well. Also main office for site seeing bus across the road. Very helpful staff but you may have to ask questions before they open up.
nice hotel close to city center
Very nice hotel, super location, close to all transport and pedestrian facilities, friendly staff and fair breakfast
A bit noisy in the morning due to public transportations
This was a great place to stay before a cruise. It was very well located for major sites, transportation, bars and restaurants
Really great room, wooden floors and high ceilings. Very central and pool on the roof to cool down in after a long day exploring.
Pool area needs a revamp and location of hotel is in soulless business area, central with great transport links but a bit characterless.
Definitely not a five star hotel, but would give it four stars for sure. Clear modern, and helpful staff.
The hotel was very nice. The room looked just like the pictures. They have an amazing rooftop with a beautiful pool.
Very good location
Internet very slow
The front desk staff (in particular Marcos) was very helpful and friendly. I also appreciated the centralized location. The room was fairly large so very comfortable for an eight-night stay. All in all a good experience.
There weren't too many things, but: - I was told the coolest I could make the room was 18C and was never able to get it below 21C so there were times it felt warm and a little stuffy. - The breakfast bar variety of food could have been better. Also, I didn't care for the coffee (always felt a bit like instant or perhaps watered down) or that stale bread was provided to make toast. - I thought the fitness facility would be better and as a result I never used it.
