Abasto Hotel  

i like very much because it is near shopping abasto and is kosher friendly

The hotel is very confortable, the rooms, buffet and common places. Breakfast is very good and the location, is suitable also. I appreciate very much large rooms with big windows, actually very charming

I think staff at the hotel is very kind, but is not enough to attend all the tourists. We had to take our luggage with us because they were busy.

i was there 3 times and love it for 2 and 3 nigts each travel

I was staying at room 1902. There was hardly water coming out of the shower and in addition the water was cold. When I made a remark to the reception, they would send somebody to my room. However, the next day, the problem was not solved. The last day (I stayed 3 in total and then changed to another hotel), I didn't had water at all. I was at a tight business schedule and unable to take a shower. Not what you would expect from a 5 star! When I checked out I noted the positive points and the negative points. However, the negatives were not taken into account and all of a sudden there was a "language" barrier. In addition to the water problem, the rooms are worn out and need serious update (my colleagues experienced the same problem). Also the phone in my room didn't work. I had to go to the reception to order room service. They aknowledged the phone was indeed not working !?! Plugs have a particular shape in Argentina and don't fit worldwide adapter model. Also here the hotel didn't have an adapter available, so if you didn't buy one yourself, you couldn't use your electrical material. I was there for business meetings, but would never stay again. I hope the management takes this remarks into account and looks for solutions for future guests. In conclusion, maybe a 5 star 10 years ago, but now hardly a 3.

que hay que pagar para usar internet y así y todo el servicio es malo. Que la habitación estaba muy fría y tuvimos que llamar para que arreglen el dispositivo de la calefacción. Sí, lo arreglaron.

a esta altura ya deberian tener internet gratuito, los hoteles de ese nivel ya todos lo tienen

Muy confortable, habitaciones bien equipadas. El desayuno muy completo y buena atención.

La cochera solo para expertos en manejo. Para la categoría del hotel el televisor es antiguo y debería haber internet gratis.

Hotel bom , para mim foi bem localizado , na frente de um dos melhores shoppings de BA , o abasto. Porem para quem gosta de ficar perto de Porto Madero , ou do obelisco , o hotel fica um pouco distante. excelente cafe da manha , com muitas opções .

Nao possui serviço de transfer do Aeroporto para o hotel , e os quartos sao velhos , porem sao confortáveis.

Ubicación y desayuno

En un hotel donde hay que pedir por favor para que hagan el servicio de habitacion? Y se olviden de poner las toallas de cara y de baño!!SIN Palabras!

El desayuno, la habitación espaciosa con vista a la ciudad y el jacuzzi.

La decoración de las habitaciones y el aire acondicionado que no funcionaba muy bien.

Algo lento en recepción

El hotel es muy cómodo en todas sus instalaciones. Su personal es muy amable y simpático. El desayuno super rico y variado. Volvería a ir y lo recomendaría sin ningún problema.

habitacion amplia con buenas terminaciones

La silla de escritorio en la habitación estaba deteriorada. Las almohadas no son cómodas.

La ubicación con respecto al centro de compras Abasto.

Fundamentalmente es increíble que hoy un hotel que se califica como cinco estrellas cobre el wifi y "la televisión"!!!! Ni en las pensiones de algún pueblo del interior pasa ésto!!. El refrigerador solamente ofrece dos botellas de agua.(ojo!! Hotel 5estrellas) Booking no debería sugerir éste hotel, pues los usuarios de booking confiamos en sus sugerencias.

Excelente relación calidad precio. Todo muy lindo y original. Tal vez no sea el tipico 5 estrellas pero vale la pena visitarlo. Con seguridad voy a seguir hospedandome ahi en los viajes sucesivos.

el lugar es muy bueno, al frente está el centro comercial Abasto. Las habitaciones son amplias y bien aseadas, el personal es amable y el precio es muy bueno

Como en muchos comentarios me sumo al tema del wifi,malísimo page tres días de internet y no lograba conectarme.
