Nice rooms. The staff told us the pool was not available because of a Bank Holiday. In fact it was shut down by government. Furthermore the ac did not work at all. Nice people but not truthful.

The room was spacious has minibar and coffee/tee facilities breakfast was good offers tango classes daily You can hear people in the next room when speaking loud one has to pay for internet in the room every six hours

We liked nothing. How can they say they are a 5 star hotel The bed that I slept on sunk in the middle I needed a couple of extra pillows because the ones we had were flat well they did not have pillow cases so they brought up pillows without covers disgusting. My father needed to take medication went to the dinning lounge to ask for a cup of water and was told to get a bottle from his room where ofcourse there was a charge. Staff never ever smiles. Felt not welcomed This hotel should be rated again. They are no where near a five star My family and I travel alot and know a little about hotels.

O Hotel tem uma relação custo/benefício excelente! Bem localizado, excelente limpeza e bastante confortável. O atendimento ao cliente poderia ser melhor.

La tranquilidad, el desayuno, nada mas La recepción pésimamente mala, no estaba mi reserva, el funcionario que me atendió se comporto muy mal, prepotente, malos gestos, sin respeto, insolente, agresivo, amenazante. Falta servicio internet gratis en habitación es inaceptable pagar servicio por 6 horas cada vez que se requiera, es un abuso y pésima estrategia Debe bajar costos y mejorar mucho atención y servicios si desea tener clientes

O café da manha foi bem servido, serviço de camareira e recépcao foi muito bom olha no site vcs mostram um hotel muito luxuoso, mas quando chegamos no quarto uma banheira que nao cabia nem minhas pernas, banheiro pequeno sem espaço e sem janela. pedimos uma pizza e era de microondas e industrializada o cardapio do restaurante é pessímo. para mim este hotel nao passa de um de 2 estrelas maquiado. achei ridiculo a propaganda enganosa de vcs. nao volto mais e nao recomendo para ninguém..

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo a estação de metrô, shooping e casa de show de tango. Os quartos são amplos, aconchegantes e limpos. é a segunda vez que vou a Buenos Aires e ambas vezes me hospedei lá. Pretendo sempre que voltar a Buenos Aires me hospedar lá.

Buena atención del personal., La cochera es sólo para personas muy experimentadas en estacionar autos. Peligrosísimo el ascenso de la rampa al salir. El equipo de aire acondicionado de la habitación que ocupamos casi no enfriaba.

El desayuno. La atención del personal de mostrador y bar. Las habitaciones no tienen tv lcd. No tienen servicio de mozo de cordel que ayude al pasajero con el equipaje. La rampa de acceso a la cochera baja 2 pisos y es muy estrecha, tampoco tiene ascensor que la comunique con el hotel -solo escalera-.
