Overall ok, apart from restaurant staff who were very rude. The toilet in bathroom ran all the time, this fault was reported 3 times but was not repaired. Initial booking in was a problem as my brother and I were in deprecate rooms and they only allocated one room. We are frequent visitors to Burnos Aires and would not stay there again. I did not like being charge 21percent tax on top of my bill as I did not realise it was this high, it should have been pointed out more clearly at time of booking. Joyce Roberts

Very well located (during day), near Shopping sites and Restaurants.
I had no problem, but area around hotel did not seem safe after 10PM.
Size of room
Old hotel, very old. Employers no education noises of avenue
The staff are very helpful and the hotel is good all round value
Nice hotel, good value for money Big room for the family 2+2. Central location good facilities. Near to main city attractions.
Didn't found bad things.
The breakfast lacked fresh fruit, but other than that it was good.
I spent three weeks at the hotel. Cleaning staff did a commendable job. Desk help speaks English and was very helpful. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Hotel does require use of the subway to get to Historical Central and most of the activities and sites. The subway is inexpensive and easy to use. On the other hand, the hotel is also centrally located in the city between Historical Central and the Palermo districts, which eliminates riding from one end of the town to the other. A major mall is across the street from the hotel as is a very fine restaurant, Pertutti.
I very much enjoyed my stay at the Abasto.
Good staff. Rooms are good size and comfortable - go for one with balcony. Great location and good value for money
Nothing I can think of.
It's far from being a 5 stars hotel. very old fashion, no drinks in the fridge, poor maintenance, dirty, low quality breakfast, etc...
Breakfast was just ok and wifi is good, location is close to shopping mall. Did not like anything else.
Had a suitcase and as i checked out the bellboy didnt even open the door!!! Just stared at me. Pool was appalling small. 2 sets of families were using it and it looked like a sardine tin. the room door doesnt fully close. AC was atrocious i asked for it to be fixed and the man just came and looked at it but did nothing. Service is the worst ive seen in south america so far. Decor in hotel facilities and rooms extremely outdated. Bathtub was stained. Disgusting place
well over priced
Breakfast was really good! Beds are good and big. Clean seets, towels. Room was very big.
Internet not free. Tv-channels (bbc, cnn etc.) must pay extra.
service and honesty
It was my second time at this hotel and I find it consistent and comfortable. The staff is nice, the rooms are sort of plain but big and comfortable (except the bedspread, it would be great if they upgraded to softer blankets or duvets), the bathroom is great. It has a very generic feel, even though it is not a chain, but I feel it is really good value for money, and I like the area. Close to Abasto Shopping, Once, and quite central. I recommend it!
It doesn't have a very cozy feel to it, and they really need better blankets, but that's about it.
I stayed in room 2002 which is on the top floor and the room was generally very comfortable The reception stuff was good and particularly mr Mr. Eduardo Espeime who spared no effort to help rectifying "emergency" during my check out and he did it in a very professional and kind manner. Thank you Eduardo!
2 things:The two parts of the curtains did not overlap so I needed to use a safety clip to connect the two parts to ensure light will not wake me up too early in the morning. The internet is not complementary.
