A very pleasant place to stay, close to everything in the city center, yet quiet and relaxing. Can't wait to return. |

Mendoza! The hotel restaurant did not have the two first bottles of wine ordered. Foreigners should be warned about the salty tradition of the barbecue as it is a big surprise, ruins a good piece of beef (my personal taste) and makes your arteries brittle. Not too good! |

The front desk staff were polite, pleasant and helpful, the gardens and surrounding grounds were lovely - the lobby was quite reasonable and comfortable The comfort level stopped at the lobby - the hotel was old and tired and the rooms were in general need of a total renovation - we upgraded to a suite and were still disappointed with the quality of the accomodation. The linen was of an inferior quality, the furnishings were very dated and tired and not particularly comfortable. |

What i enjoyed was the fact that all of the staff spoke English. The staff was also very helpfull en very kind!! What id did'nt enjoyed was the bathroom of the Hotel, we had booked a superieur room and later on a normal room. The bathrooms were a bit outdated, and so was the room. The Bathroom had a bit of funguss and molts, so it was not satisfaying. They als had a showercurtain witch was very dirty, i don't understand that a 4* hotel have showercurtains, not very clean. |

The location was close to the Plaza and was within walking distance. The front desk and lobby staff were very helpful! Breakfast/Dinner restaurants were very gracious and the food was great! The bed was awesome! Both of us slept very comfortably each night!!! Towels were fluffy and soft, sheets were changed daily (they even folded my PJ's and left them on the pillow). While maid service was good, the room wasn't as clean as those in the U.S. Carpet wasn't cleaned that well, stains on carpet, small things like that. Living room furniture was most uncomfortable Also, I felt like everyone was "watching" us as we are from the U.S. and they seemed suspicious of us. I had read some unfavorable reviews but found that the hotel was better than what they said. |

The personal at the reception desk was very helpful. The location of the hotel is at the central of Mendosa, you can go on foot almost everywhere. I did not like our room and especialy the bathroom which was small and had an awful smell. The breakfast was also very poor. |

Central location. The staff were superb; extremely friendly and helpful and whilst more than willing to engage in English, they were also appreciative and co-operative when I wished to practise my Spanish. Even though the hotel is situated opposite the very pleasant Plaza Italia, for some reason there is a lot of street noise; it must be said that a Harley Davison convention was occurring in Mendoza at the time. |

Staff unfriendly and not helpful, breakfast is so bad that it would be better not offering it at all, rooms are ramshackle since not much happens since the hotel was buiild (for World Cup 1978). I definately expect more from a 4-star hotel and do get more elsewhere. |

It was a well-run hotel in a good location and reasonably priced. I would recommend it for good standards, but you can get better value if price is all-important. Not really; the pool is a bit poky. |

Hotel is in a good location and most of the staff seemed to try to help. Basic, boring breakfast, totally slow internet, Mendosa did nothing to warrant anything more than a passing comment. |

Central location in Mendoza. The reception was helpfull with finding a car rental office and helping with packaging and preparing our box with Mendoza wine for aireal transport. Massages at the Spa were ok and not expensive. The Hotel is a bit outdated. Some people working in the evening/night at the reception were grumpy and behaving arrogant. I noticed this behaviour also in some other (****) hotels in Argentina where people acted less friendly or detached when they had to communicate in English. My advise for them; don't join the tourist business. You can't expect every tourist to speak Spanish. |
