The Soltigua Apart Hotel is in a quiet, residential area of Mendoza. The center of the city is within walking distance, as are many restaurants.
Score from 337 reviews Good
The staff impolite, is not to close from the principal places in the city, simple breakfast, is one of the hotel that I won't back
Correct and friendly staff. Large and well equipped room. All in an excellent shape.
Primary problem: noise. Windows have got single not double panes and you get all the noise of the city's night life. Much noise is caused by the cleaning ladies who start at 7:00 with loud talking, phone calls and smashing doors. Second (not a real problem): breakfest buffet is OK, but if you want something more substantial (some fried eggs or so) you have to pay extra (a small amount). Rather strange behaviour for a **** hotel!
This was a great hotel. Clean, comfortable with lots of amenities. Located right in downtown, easy to walk to all sorts of great places.
My room was too hot and the air conditioning really did not work well.
The hotel is new and very modern. The rooms were a good size, clean, and nice hot showers! Over
The wifi reception in the room was terrible. We had to sit in the corridor. When that didn't work we sat in the lobby for an hour struggling to get connection to make travel arrangements. We finally approached the guy at reception who advised we could use the computers on Level 2, which could have been helpful information when we first asked for help with the wifi. Then checkout took about 40 minutes because one lady was on the phone and the other person couldn't check us out. Very frustrating. Other than these two inconveniences, the hotel was great value for money, and we still would recommend.
Clean, comfortable and in a great location for walking into town - particularly the theatre district with lots of restaurants and things to do.
Was quite a generic, business hotel - lacked character.
Good location, nice breakfast. They also have gluten free breakfast menu which may help allergic people.
Superb location. Walking distance to centre as well as main park. Very helpful staff who provided useful tips and advice. Good sized rooms.
Early check out by 10am not ideal. Bar, restaurant and pool under renovation.

The kitchen is closed at the moment for repairment
Food, location, room and decoration.
The staff at the front desk was so helpfull
The restaurant and room service was closed without notice
rooms are not as beautiful and luxurious as the lobby. breakfast poor, fruit not fresh
Location was OK. Service was very good at the front desk
It is an avarage hotel, rooms are quite small and not impressive. Small bathroom with lousy curtain which sticks to the body We ordered a double bed and got 2 seperate beds, only after remining them after 2 nights about it they just moved the beds together. The Wifi on our floor (4) was very bad. Kitchen was in construction so almost nothing to eat in breakfast and you need to pay if you want eggs!!!, something I never heard of. When we asked for at least small compensation of late check out (usually it is on 10:30 which is quite early) they wanted extra payment and in the end did a favour and extended it in 1 hour
polite and excellent service personnel location---my bedroom had the most wonderful view of the Andes. I had not taken the do not disturb sign off the door unter 6 p.m. and fully expected that the room would not be cleaned---but it was!!
The internet was a little difficult to figure out and at times was very slow on my floor even though the modem was outside my door!! The staff was very helpful in getting me straightened out.
Great location. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping.
Location, helpful staff at the front desk
Queen bed was actually two single beds (one soft, one hard). Water coming out orange at the sink. Breakfast becomes annoying on the second day.
rooms are very clean, good breakfast, friendly staff
We booked a suite and it was really much bigger compared to the other rooms. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It was also in the center of town.
Although with some exceptions, the staff weren't that friendly or helpful. We booked a wine tour through a lady at the front desk. The next day, they forgot us and she claimed that we never booked the tour the day before. A more helpful man at the front desk booked us in for the next day and they didn't forget us. The breakfest buffet wasn't very good and the space was very cramped.
We moved to Raices Aconcagua from a near-by 5-star property after we were stuck for an extra day in Mendoza due to the strike of public transport. For less than a half price of the other hotel, we received a very attentive service and got a spacious, modern and clean room on one of the highest floors, good wi-fi and great location. Fantastic value for money. (We've learnt that Raices Aconcagua was flexible on their rate precisely because of the strike, while the other place we stayed in, had their rates higher than the night before. This does not necessarily mean that they have put up the price because of the strike, but it did make us feel that we did not get value for money there. Raices Aconcagua was by far the best value for money in our three weeks' journey around Argentina.)
The room was a bit hot during the night, even with the air conditioning on; this wasn't major though and did not lower our quality of sleep
Nice room (suite) and good location close to restaurants and bars.
Most mediocre breakfast in years.
The service and the gracious helpful staff .
All was wonderful
Room 401 is excellent. It is roomy, classy and good value for money.
The restaurant was closed for remodeling.....disappointed as their food is excellent.
all was well
staff does not really speak english, very small rooms (we have expected better standard, as per quite high price) not good breakfast
Decent, spacious lobby Adequate safe box
2 single beds with a single sheet covering them, disguised as a full bed Also, shore head popped off Very plain breakfast, with no changes from day to day Wifi was weak Was gouged about 25% for extending one extra night (which I accepted, to avoid inconvenience of finding a new place)
