The staff is not that much helpful in helping tourist looking for info and booking tours.

The receptionist who checked us in and the bellboy who took in our bags.

Booking.com contacted the hotelasking to change my stay from 4 to 3 nights. Told no BUT that hotel would not charge for room upgrade. Then proceeded to charge me for both upgrade AND 4 N accomm. Also hotel staff asked if we had ordered room service, which we confirmed, then continued to harass us about a signature that they felt did not sufficiently match.

Great location in the centre of Mendoza opposite beautiful Plaza Italia. Room was comfortable with a large bed and nice view. Swimming pool area lovely.

Beautiful reception area with lots of seating. Breakfasts were good and the dining room includes a terrace. Ideally located for those travellers wishing to experience the mountains and outdoor adventure.

Nothing in particular but some of the rooms do not have inspiring views. Ours overlooked an enclosed yard at the rea of the hotel.

Great lobby, bar and pool. Very helpful staff. When booking a triple room, we were given 2 connecting rooms which was fantastic. Very central location which made it easy to walk everywhere.

Breakfast was kind of poor.

The location is very good and safe,close to the main avenue and good restaurants.

The employees are a litle lazy,do not give correct informations even about the functioning of their own city,the room had a sliding door that faced a balcony that had a stair close to it,the door did not lock,we asked them to fix it but they did not,so we were exposed.

Very big and nice property with lots of room and space throughout.

The rooms are rather small and dated. Also, the fan regulating the speed of the air conditioning made a very loud noise not only in my room, but in that of others as I was able to notice when walking by.

Location and price were hard to beat.

Best thing about this hotel is Roberto who serves breakfast.He is super friendly and nice.

The rooms, the location, the helpfulness of the front desk staff, basically everything.

For the price of the hotel per night the continental breakfast could offer a touch more variety. Maybe some fresh fruit. For a free breakfast though it's satisfying, I definitely wouldn't let that deter me from staying here every time I go to Mendoza.

Aconcagua is one of the best hotels I have stayed in while on vacation. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, not to mention they speak English! The room was comfortable, very spacious, and had a breathtaking view of the mountains. I would definitely recommend a superior double room for the comfort. The breakfast was my favorite part! There is more than enough great tasting food (eggs, pastries, croissants, fruit, cheese, ham, juice, etc.). Here you can enjoy a quiet vacation with your significant other or have a relaxing weekend with your family. I'd also recommend getting a massage. Great price and super relaxing! Also, the front desk staff went out of their way to accommodate us. My boyfriend was cold so they gave us the heater (estufa) that they were using! Finally, I must say that I felt very welcomed as a Black American. Often times, people tend to treat Black couples differently whether they are aware of it or not. Here we were able to enjoy ourselves without feeling isolated or disrespected. Aconcagua - great bang for your buck!!!

There were only 2 things that I did not like. One is that the location was mediocre. There weren't many restaurants close by, but maybe we could have taken more initiative in asking the front desk staff. Also, the hotel brochure says that superior rooms come with a free city tour, but when I asked the hotel staff they said this was not true. False advertisement : (
