The bathroom door could not be closed, which meant one of them had to leave the room for the other to use the toilet. We complained about that and the staff did nothing about that. We could have been changed, but they did not care. I won't recommend this hotel.
Problematic toilet (it was flooding the entire room), really bad Internet functioning, lack of attention and some inexplicable rudeness from almost all receptionists.
Great hotel. Clean, good friendly saff. Fabulously central location.
Hidden costs. 20% was added to the bill in taxes and the price is advertised in US dollwrs which rhey convert to local currency at a blue dollar rate and then charge you an excesive rate on your credir catd. I ended up paying 50% more than the advertised price. On reflection it is best to pay in cash (whrre they adverise at the desk a 10% discount) AND in US dollars.
Location, staff, price
Was asked to change room for "repairing". However in the new room the airconditioning did not function well ... thus 2 sleep-less nights
Good position to visit the city. Not for night life.
Every morning at 7:30 AM the alarm is with the jackhammer work in progress for the renew of other rooms. The youngest receptionist (unpolite) tried to charge me more than what the booking fare said, for my extension. Then I made my extension by booking.com and I just showed him the new reservation. The oldest daytime receptionist is very kind and polite
Location was decent. Hostel was clean.
Wifi only worked if you were near the front of the hostel. Not a very social place.
The room had a window facing a corridor, it was difficult to breathe in the room, the room was also very wet
The price and location.
The staff don't speak English.
Location is excellent and price worth it.
There were no curtains in the bathroom.
I liked the location
The bathroom didnt have curtain, doesnt include breakfast, some of the staff were very rude.
