Located in central Ushuaia, Los Naranjos offers comfortable rooms with panoramic views of the surrounding Andean mountain range, or the Beagle Channel. Free private parking is available.

The 3-star Kauyeken is a mountain-style hotel set in a beautiful natural landscape, 3.5 miles from Ushuaia town center and about 9 miles from the Castor Mountain.

All was great. Staff is very helpful. Special mention to Andres, Roxana, Maria who put an extra effort to make our trip perfect.
The hotel is just 2 blocks from the main street St Martin but it is a steep walk. Not an issue for me/my family but may be difficult for people with mobility problems.
we thought the hotel was nicely furnished and tastefully decorated.the staff we very helpfull
the breakfast was very poor quality, shop bought sliced bread, stale dry cakes and croissants, orange juice that had to be stirred with a spoon uck.very poor value considering the nightly room rate
Just another characterless hotel. Paid extra to get a view of the Beagle Channel but it turned out to be a view of the building in front with a little bit of the Beagle Channel. Wouldn't stay there again.
The view from the breakfast room; the great toiletries; very clean;
Very slow checkout, when many people were leaving for morning flight; room was not ready when I arrived from the ship; the hotel was overheated;
Very comfortable, nice balcony and eating areas.
Nice roof top restaurant for breakfast and an evening drink.
I booked a "One Bedroom Apartment" with a King Bed and when I arrived I was told by staff that they did not have such a room and that the description on the internet was wrong. So I got the best room they had which was a regular hotel room with twin single beds. They still charged me for the "One Bedroom Apartment" and claimed that they could not refund me any money because it was not their fault for the misleading room description.
Nice view from our room on the third floor, but I wouldn't want to stay on any floor lower than that - without the view the room would not seem anywhere near worth the price for the amount of money it costs.
1) The front desk staff quoted us one number for what we owed, based on one exchange rate for Pesos to Dollars, but then changed their story, and insisted that we pay more money even though we had already been quoted one number. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. 2) Incredibly smelly perfume/cleaning products used in the room - we spent hours airing it out.
Great Included Breakfast
Wifi didn't work with my iPhone.
New hotel, great view from canteen, helpful staff, breakfast much better than usual B&B I had in Argentina
Toilet not easy to flush
Stay away from room number 4. It is very close to water pump which works all night with great noise. I tried to change the room but they didnt help. No compensation at all at the end. Only thing they do was to arrange my transfer to another hotel which I like it very much(hotel campanilla-excellent)Most of the personnel have no english. I tried to reach the manager but they didnt let me talk to him. So better stay away. Lots of hotels around better than this one.
The view from the room and the breakfast room on the 4th floor is excellent. The bedroom was nicely furnished, and most of fittings are quite modern. The staff was excellent and very helpful.
The bedroom is a little on the small side, but still quite comfortable. To go to the main street (San Martin Ave) required going down a steep and winding staricase
The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind to us. We got a wonderful room with a view of the water / town- it was overall a relaxing, nice, clean, and pleasant stay. I also liked that it was a little bit off of the main strip. It made it quieter and we always had a short walk home to digest our dinner.
Elevator was rather slow.
staff was friendly and helpful hotel was modern views were pretty
location was a bit far from town uphill and down side streets
The view from the top floor, breakfast room was great.
Location is poor in terms of poor views from rooms. Most staff were great, but one bad apple spoiled several days of the visit. Internet was down for multiple days straight, without facility offering any alternative. This facility more suited for ski vacationers who want to take advantage of the kitchen, not tourists. Five star price, for 3 star value.
The apartments were roomy. The furnishings were comfortable.
The only TV is in the bedroom. Unfortunately for the duration of our stay (4 nights) there was no internet access or phones because the hotel failed to pay the bill. This was extremely inconvenient as we were leaving on a cruise that also had no internet access so we needed to get a few things done before we left. There was no apology, no discount, no real acknowledgement that this was not very good for a place that cost as much as thi place did.
The position and quiet hotel, it was especially good as it snowed that night, lovely and clean room, breakfast was good
Location and breakfast.
Bedlinen, towels and carpet in room were not clean. The hotel is far overprized.
Hotel in a very handy position in centre of town. Very clean and spacious room. Staff very professional and helpful.
More hanging in bathroom would have been good. More choice of hot breakfast - only scrambled eggs offered.
Nice breakfast with a great Beagle Channel view. Room was very good.
Room temperature varied a little bit and it was cold sometimes. (Not a big issue). Hotel location is uphill, but provides a nice channel view.
We had a third floor room with view of the mountains. Comfortable and clean. Great view over the town, harbor and more mountains from breakfast room/bar. Good breakfast. Convenient to everything IF you can walk up and down hill (we can). We stayed for one night before a cruise but would have liked to stay longer.
Our room was chilly, and we couldn't find any thermostat. In the morning, we found the radiator hidden behind the curtains. We should have asked at the desk -- our own fault.
Sweeping views, big rooms
Small hot breakfast selection. ..only eggs
Very well situated hotel with the best possible view of the Beagle Channel and the mountains.
extra bed for third person
No flexibility with check out time No air conditioning or fan for a traveler who can't sleep in roms with heating since opening windows to let the air come in makes the street noise worse even late at night Thin walls, you could hear everything....
