The hotel is well located in the middle of the downtown. It is very easy to get a cab at that location. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, even when quite busy. The housekeeping staff was discrete and accommodating when asked to come back later. The room was comfortable. The gym is very small and a bit claustrophobic. One serious drawback for an English-speaking traveler is the lack of CNN in English, or any other news in English. |

The primary reasons we chose Amerian Buenos Aires Park Hotel were the cost was reasonable - compared to other Buenos Aires Hotels - and the location was great for being able to walk to most tourist locations. The registration desk seemed too busy at times - we didn't see a "concierge" easily visible and were told on one occasion to use the lobby computer to learn about details of a reservation for a show. The registration staff were helpful and did speak English - which we needed since we don't speak Spanish - but they sometimes seemed too busy. |

esuve un solo dia, pero esta bueno un poco caro para lo que es el hotel no me gustó que en la reserva dice iva incluído y despues lo cobran aparte , es confuso |
