Als Alleinreisender habe ich ein Zweibettzimmer zur Einzelbenutzung erhalten. Hätte lieber ein Doppelbett bekommen.

Breakfast Was Included, And It Was Very Good.

We Arrived With Our Baby 40 Minutes Past Guaranteed Check In Time, The Room Was Not Ready And The FD Agent Could Not Tell Me When Would It Be. When We Decided To Leave The Room Magically Appeared. The Heating System In That Room Was Broken.That Night They Switched Us To A Different Room (Junior Suite) And The Heating/AC Was Not Working Properly Either. We Roasted! Also It Was Very Noisy. They don't Have Double Windows And You Hear Everything (Very Busy Bvld.) Some Employees Were Really Nice. Some Had An Attitude. Poor Customer Service.

Centrally located right in the heart of Cordoba. Good food with a reasonably priced menu which is available in English.

You can expect noise from a centrally located hotel but the area immediately outside the hotel is a gathering place for the youth of the city who were sounding horns and making a lot of noise at 5am in the morning!!

The rooftop pool is wonderful even if it does close quite early at 7pm. And the location is very strategic.

As I was traveling solo I booked a double room for one person but the hotel gave me a twin. the hotel blamed booking.com saying a double room was not available on that day and should not have been able to book one. Only on the second day, after a lot of complaining, did they agree to change my room. Terrible service, blaming booking.com for their own mistakes (one staff member later admitted it had been their fault as they logged the booking incorrectly in their own system. ). I was made to feel like I was asking too much just to be moved to the room category i actually booked. I would never trust this hotel again.

Excellent accommodations, perfect location, professional staff, food service top quality, excellent value overall.

Our stay wasn't long enough, we didn't want to leave.

Gaston at reception is extremely kind, polite, efficient, helpful and always smiling staff. Jonathan is very polite and efficient Breakfast staff is extremely kind. Breakfast was really good quality and variety. Cleaning staff very polite too.

Great location, and reasonable price and very nice bar/restaurant...

If a room faces Blvd San Juan, the traffic noise guarantees no sleep. Do not accept any room on any floor ending in "03." Also, the "junior suites" have the air conditioning unit in the sitting room rather than the bedroom. If it's summer in Cordoba, you're going to have to sleep on the couch to be cool. The ac just doesn't turn the corner into the bedroom.

Nice staff, and they gave us an upgrade since we were celebrating our anniversary, without any extra charge. The check in and check out was very fast, and they had a good breakfast, maybe not a 5* but with all you need and with a very very good quality

Al dejar el hotel, tuve que cargar mis valijas por las escaleras de entrada, no habia botones!!!!

La cama es muy confortable así como todo el amoblamiento.La habitación está muy bien insonorizada, daba a la calle pero no se oían los sonidos exteriores. Aunque es un poco pequeña. El desayuno es bueno. Valorizo mucho el acceso a wifi gratuita en todo el hotel.

Hotel nos tratou muito mal...bate sol o dia todo na janela, o ar fica desligado e a calefação ligada 24 hs, fica insuportável. A limpeza dos quartos fica a desejar, achamos vários cabelos nos lençóis(que não eram nossos). Enfim, foi tudo péssimo,o café da manhã é muito pobre, poucas opções, enfim, gastamos muito dinheiro num dos piores hotéis que nos instalamos. Os recepcionistas são mal educados e não falam inglês, péssimo.

Lo que mas me gustó fue la ubicación, está en una punta de diamante en la cual parten las calles mas importantes que llevan al circuito colonial, a las compras,a los mejores restaurant y a los anticuarios, Y todo a pie!!

Lo único malo fue una niña del personal de recepción, que nos trató muy mal. Una persona mal educada, muy joven, sin ninguna intención de solucionar una simple llamada a un taxi para ir al aereopuerto, sacar de su impresora el boardinpass, entregar las maletas de custodia,etc. Todo de mala gana. Fue el domingo 9 de junio a las 13:30. El resto del personal un 10.

La atención ha sido buena, el desayuno también y la ubicación de nuestra habitación a nuestro parecer, era inmejorable, veíamos a la fuente de nueva cordoba, frente al patio Olmos.

Si consideramos que se trata de un cuatro estrellas, podrían mejorar se los detalles en el baño, en la ropa blanca, en el confort de las habitaciones, los detalles deberían cuidarse más: toallas con varios años de uso, finas y amarillentas, en los servicios de tocador no había gran cosa, la silla del escritorio manchada, y como ese algunos otros detalles.
