it was nice and friendly. Nice set ups and Great Pool Area. It was more expensive than i would have paid for in a hotel that class. The breakfast Buffet while complimentary, left a lot to be desired, it was actually not good at all. They need to get rid of the eggs.

Superb architect Only available for 2 nights. We had to move to another hotel for the 3rd night in iguacu. Just kidding. There is nothing I don't like about this hotel.

Hotel muito bonito, com uma ótima localização, com vista para os rios paraná e iguaçu. Os funcionários, exceto pelos que tem a função de agradar, não estão nem um pouco preocupados em atender bem os hóspedes. Por ser um hotel cincos estrelas, deveríamos ter regalias e sermos bem atendidos. Não é isso que acontece. O restaurante não condiz com um hotel 5 estrelas.

Las vistas desde las habitaciones al río son maravillosas. La piscina exterior también es fantástica.Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas aunque no así el baño. El bar está bien. El personal de recepción no te informa correctamente de nada que se le pregunte. No es cierto que tenga dos restaurantes. Sólo abré uno y siempre tipo bufet o con menú de un sólo plato fijado por el hotel, a mayores el bufet es muy escaso. La piscina interior climatizada es una bañera, de lo pequeña que es y el spa gratis verdaderamente sólo lo puedes disfrutar a las horas que ya nadie quiere ir a un spa.

El diseño del Hotel Amerian es excelente, brinda en todas sus instalaciones ya sea habitaciones, como pileta u otras dependencias una comodidad absoluta. Cumplio con todas mis espectativas y sin duda lo recomiendo y volveré a ir. Si nos pones muy exigentes, podríamos decir que lo unico que podría sugerir como mejora es la carta de vinos del restaurante.

Las picinas, sus espacios comunes y su ubicación.- Dado que es la tercera ves que visitamos este hotel, no me gusto observar la falta de mantenimiento que posee, si bien se observa que estan haeciendo refacciones. En el sector de picinas faltas sombrillas y en el bar de la picina faltan mesas.

Le personnel etait sympa. Le spa est bien tenu. La piscine exterieure est attractive. Le bruit la nuit venant de la rue est fortement inconvénient. Il n'y a pas de double vitrage et l'insonorisation est nulle. De plus, il a à pas mal de motos qui font beaucoup de bruit qui passent juste devant. Debit d'eau chaude beaucoup trop faible dans la douche. Par rapport au centre ville, l'hôtel est situé à l'opposé des chutes est des sites à visiter.

La amabilidad del personal, la localización junto a la confluencia de los ríos Iguazú y Paraná, la cuidada decoración, la amplitud de la habitación. Una estancia para recordar. En las habitaciones que dan al jardín entra algo de ruido de la calle. Mejor pagar un poco más y tener habitación con vistas al río.

Todo salio segun lo programado. Es un hermoso hotel enclavado en un lugar excelente, con todos los servicios que promociona. Para hacer excursiones o para ir a pasear al centro esta excelentemente bien ubicado. Su personal es amable y cordial, dispuestos a brindar toda la informacion que se le requiera. Me parecio que los precios del frigobar y la carta de vinos del restaurant estan excesivamente altos, por ej mas de 6 us una botella de agua en la hab., Cuando el agua que se puede obtener de la canilla no es potable, normalmente en los hoteles 5 estrellas en el mundo son CORTESIA.(y tambien en los de menor categoria), y luego los precios de los vinos multiplicados por 4 de lo que se compraria en una vinoteca .por eso la gente no toma vino sino cervezas o gaseosas en el restaurante.

Posizione incredibile. Bellissime le stanze con vista fiume, prossimità dal parco (15 min in auto) e distanza camminabile dal centro di Puerto Iguazu. Cura dei dettagli. Palestra con attrezzi vecchi e rotti, porte degli ascensori lentissime ad aprirsi e chiudersi senza aprirsi totalmente, porte delle camere che devono essere tirate con forza per essere chiuse. Considerando il prezzo e lo standard che si prefigge l'albergo ci si attenderebbe che tutto sia perfetto.

A localização é espetacular. A quarto tem uma cama que eu quero na minha casa. A piscina é maravilhosa. Tem o preço de hotel 3 estrelas no Brasil, mas entrega atendimento e acomodação de resort 5 estrelas. O café da manhã deixa a desejar, poderia ser um pouco melhor. E o preço do consumo no hotel, frigobar e restaurantes é muito elevado. Uma cerveja custa r$ 10,00, e um bom lanche r$ 30,00.

Petit-déjeuner copieux, calme, belle piscine avec vue Trop cher par rapport aux prestations offertes. Les chambres sont confortables mais pas si propres. Bouteille d'eau plate dans la chambre payante (ce qui est fou si on considère que la nuitée dans cet hôtel coûte 215 usd). L'hôtel est éloigné du centre-ville.
