This modern hostel offers guest rooms and dormitory rooms with shared or private bathrooms and free Wi-Fi. It is situated in the traditional San Telmo neighbourhood in Buenos Aires. Cobbled streets, historical houses and street tango performances influence the atmosphere of San Telmo. Guests from America Del Sur can take dancing classes or visit the famous Colon Theatre, Obelisk or the Puerto Madero port which are all a 5 minutes´ drive away. The cleanliness. The breakfast. I hate when the toilet is not on the same room as the shower, but I think most people don't see it as a problem so it might not be a big deal.

Having never back packed before I was a little anxious about staying in a hostel but I am glad I did! America del Sur offers a great service to solo travelers, couples and people of all ages. They organize daily events including: city tours, tango lessons, trips to polo and soccer matches. Hostel is conveniently located, is extremely clean and the staff are super friendly. Overall, a great hostel to stay in!

The staff at America Del Sur was amazing and very helpful with questions. The hostel itself is clean and air conditioned. I felt that my belongings were safe at the hostel as well. It is located in San Telmo which is near all the major historical sites you would want to visit on your first couple days in BA. I was a solo traveler and wanted my own room so booked a double room, so it was a bit pricier than avg hostel cost in BA, but if you are a couple then it would be a good deal.

The hostel is nice and you feel like at home. The staff was very helpfull. There are many young people but everybody is nice. Breakfast is ok but no fruits. We had a good time. There is muth noise at night from the street. You better put something in your ears for a good sleep.

Great hostel that feels like a hotel except for the fact that there is 4 beds per room, and not 1. Service is very good, location is excellent, facilities are clean, and beds are newer and very comfortable. Great place! The only drawback is the breakfast that didn't offer fruits or protein, just cereal and bread. Decent, but not very impressive. All the rest is fine!

Amplio, luminoso, atención excelente, ambiente muy agradable, varios espacios para compartir y conocer personas de todo el mundo, calidad/precio perfecta No hay limite de horario para el uso de terraza, ruidos hasta altas horas, a pesar de preocuparse de la aislacion de sonidos igual se sienten pero por el precio eso no es una gran molestia al fin y al cabo

Das Design, viele große Fenster machen die Räume heller und offen. Der Patio mit den schönen Holzmöbeln und die Küche war auch durch die Verglasung schön hell. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die gratis walkingtours und Tango Unterricht. Überhaupt, das was dort alles angeboten wurde. Die Zimmer waren etwas klein, aber dafür hat man überall viel Platz im Hostal selber!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Es war nachts manchmal zu laut wegen den Gästen, die nicht ins Bett gingen. Ich konnte aber trotzdem sehr gut schlafen.

Ambiente agradável, recepcionistas solícitos, o café da manhã é bom. Ao fazer a reserva pelo booking, entram em contato confirmando a reserva e com informações sobre a cidade e o próprio hostel. Se você for com um grupo de 4 pessoas com malas grandes, recomendo solicitar o serviço de translado do hostel (pago a parte).

l'eccezionale staff l'essere cosi cool l'atmosfera sempre giusta dal breakfast alla cena all'aperto la gente che l'ha scelto le situazioni e le opportunita' che si vengono a creare lo staff umano ,oltre che gentile il creare veramente di tutto per far sentire l¡' ospite a suo agio le gite ,organizzate perche' il soggiorno sia meno asettico che in un semplice ostello anche come occasione per mescolarsi con gli altri ospiti l'attenzione , sembra che il personale sia li apposta per te assolutamente impossibile per una persona sana di mente trovare qualcosa che non andava

Todos os funcionários são super gentis e atenciosos, atendimento merece elogios. A localização do hotel é boa. Construção/instalações relativamente novas. Café-da-manhã bom. Considerando a relação preço/beneficio, para mim, o America Del Sur Hostel Buenos Aires atende muito bem ao que se propoe e divulga nos sites de reservas de hotel. Um excelente hostel para conhecer pessoas do mundo inteiro e trocar dicas de viagem.

Gostei muito do atendimento. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa. Vale o custo beneficio. O box do banheiro é muito pequeno e a qualidade do sabonete é de baixa qualidade. Podiam melhorar o cobertor por um endredon é mais higiênico.

Zeer behulpzaam personeel aan de infobalie + 24 uur op 24 uur beschikbaar. Kamers zeer basic maar proper. Ontbijt ook basic maar wel inbegrepen en als je wil mag je de keuken gebruiken. San telmo aanrader om te verblijven en dichtbij alles + je kan de sfeer opsnuiven van het uitgangsleven. Organiseren ook gratis trips zoals historisch rondtour, tour door san telmo en tango initatie = allemaal aanraders om te doen met gemotiveerde gidsen. Gezellige en rustige sfeer
