The hostel was really nice, almost like a hotel. The staff were really helpful. They organise tours which were quite good
There wasn't much of a social atmosphere at all. Not the place to go if you want to meet other travelers. It has a bit of a clinical feel to it. For the price of a private room you could get a better room in a hotel.
The staff is amazing, always there for help and give god advices. The people there is awesome! Great experience!
The internet could be better.
The patience and helpfulness of the staff is out of this world. Always available for advice and help but without being remotely overbearing. Very highly recommended. Dorms are comfortable, not overcrowded and very clean.
Location/breakfast/service/tours/ everything was great
Great value for money staying in the dorms, and the hotel was incredible safe and secure in a wonderful location. Fantastic is you're travelling with a group of friends!
The bunks were pretty difficult to climb, the sink design meant that water splashed all over the floor and the shower drainage was quite poor. Also, the communal area was not particularly social due to the limited and uncomfortable seating.
Very well divided space in the room, we were three people sharing a room so having the toilet, the shower and the sink in three different rooms was very convenient. It was very cold in Buenos Aires, but the facilities in the room were in according to this situation. The people in the reception is very friendly, the neighborhood (San Telmo) is excellent! Many great restaurants and markets nearby and very close to the main streets and locations! It was an excellent place to stay and I would stay there again!
It took a long time to connect to Wi-Fi at the first time, but eventually it all worked out. We had some problems with our sink, it was not well installed and it poured water to the floor. We also had trouble with energy, we were without light during an hour or so, but the team was very quick to solve the issue.
Excellent hostel. Very clean and comfortable. Staf really friendly and helpful. Good location. I really like this hostel.
Wifi wasn't work in the rooms. And there is no locks in the bathroom and shower. ;) When its mix room is not comfortable.
This hostel gets a lot of cudos for its customer service, but i didn't see too much of that, for instance many of the advertised activities were cancelled (eg tango lessons, walking tours) From talking to other travellers, tours seem to be overpriced also
helpful and friendly staff, in the middle of San Telmo, lot of bars and restaurants
cause of the atrium a bit loud in the rooms
Very nice stay! friiiieeeendly staff and a good vibe! Thanks
The internet could have been better.
i loved everything, this place is like a hotel, excellent breakfast, comfy rooms which get cleaned every day, super nie staff, great public areas.......best hostel i ever stayed at
sometimes the internet was slow but other than that nothing,
It is a new hostel and everything is in good condition. It has obviously been designed by a well seasoned traveller because it has everything you could possibly ask for - right down to a shower you can use after you have checked out, perfect if you have a late long haul flight
That I had to leave.
The double private rooms were a decent size, well equipped with a/c, tv, bathroom, towels, clean and comfortable. Like hotel rooms. Was also nice and quiet in the rooms.
Some may be a fan of the location (near San telmo) but it seemed a bit dodgy walking back from subway at night and was far from restaurants etc. we moved to palermo for second part of out stay. The kitchen was tiny for the size of hostel and the wifi was rubbish (you could only get access in the basement), nothing at all in the room.
Modern hostel in San Telmo, 15 min walk from center of BA. The staff is non-stop smiling and always helpful!
Unfortunately I didn´t feel any soul or charm at this place, it´s to modern. Though the staff always make you smile, I didn´t find that relaxing travellers-feeling other hostels give you. I would more recommend older, charmy places with a soul, BA is filled with them.
The activities of the hostel was the best...
Unfortunately the wifi didn't work on the rooms.. usually you need go to TV room or Reception. One staff (Mayumi isn't not friendly).
Fantastic hostel! Booked one night ended up staying for 5. This is a really great hostel. We stayed in a double room which was surprisingly large. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The hostel organises great activities such as tango classes, walking tours, a BBQ night and more. Perfect for those looking for an introduction to Buenos Aires. Also great facilities, really nice common area both on the ground level as well as the chill out area downstairs. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the hostel.
The only small thing that could be improved was to refresh the bedding and towels. Our were clean but quite old. But a small complaint.
Amazing help from the staff with arranging tours. Nice modern interior
Wifi connection is bad
Location was quite good and staff was really helpful. The hostel is really cozy!
It's a bit pricey because we had to stay one night in the hotel later and we ended up paying almost as much as for the hostel (although this might have been a last minute price in the hotel hence cheaper)
The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The rooms and common area were also really nice, and a good place to meet people.
Location is excellent Staff very helpful.
great Staff, very helpful.
Wi-Fi didnt work all the time. There are some mix up with beds.
Helpful staff, nice environment.
Everything was adequate.
Awesome staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Efficient, professional, organised , very clean.
The staff were great and the hostel was really clean.
The area isn't great, would have rather stayed in Palermo.
- Nice common area - It was very clea and modern - The staf was friendly and helpful
- No wifi in the dormroom - We didnt get a proper welcome, but another staffmember showed us around later
