Everything was as expected -considering the four stars of the house. The staff at the reception desk hardly ever acted as true hosts, snobbish and disinterested. Never before in Argentine we felt so unwelcome.

Park that is about a block away is dangerous my wife got robbed of gold necklace. If you leave hotel to go to 9 de Julio I recommend going out to left and to 9 de Julio that way u can advoid park. Not hotels fault at all but just want people to be aware it can happen anywhere so fast. Also recommend you ask for room not facing main road. Buses pass all hours of night. If you are light sleeper might be tough to sleep.

Buena atención, amable personal. La ubicación es estratégica: a medio camino de la Recoleta y del Microcentro. En el desayuno podría haber opciones para diabéticos y personas en dieta.

Localização, bom café da manhã, wi-fi ótima, ar condicionador excelente Equipe do front desk. São argentinos. Não precisamos falar mais nada. Para fazer compras só vale a pena se levar Reais ou Dólares em Espécie. Dai sim pode ter ótimas cotações já que o câmbio negro rola lá a solta! Fora isto para quem está acostumado com Orlando/Miami, não é nenhum paraíso de compras não.

Boa localização, bom atendimento, boas instalações em geral, café da manhã satisfatório. Enfim, recomendo e me hospedaria novamente neste hotel. A janela do quarto é baixa e não tem grade, sendo um risco para quem tem criança. Não aconselho usar o hotel para fazer reservas de passeios, pois há um adicional de comissão nos preços.

Eu adorei o hotel. Os funcionários são educados e simpáticos, o quarto é super confortável, muito limpo e cheiroso. A localização é perfeita, o café da manhã é bem servido e o hotel além de tudo é muito bonito. Eu e minha família ficamos bem satisfeitos. Não tenho nenhuma reclamação a fazer. Foi tudo excelente.

La habitación amplia, cama grande y muy cómoda, desayuno muy completo y excelente, bien ubicado para estar cerca del centro, restaurantes y teatros de Buenos Aires. Debería hacer un convenio y precio especial con el garage que está al lado del mismo hotel, para tener un precio de estadía del auto más ventajosa con respecto a los estacionamientos de la zona.

Buena Ubicacion, bien equipado. Excelente atencion. Muy limpio. Buen Buffet-desayuno, chico pero muy variado! A pesar de ser un hotel no fumador, en algunas habitaciones se fuman y queda el olor en el ambiente o se filtra por la ventilacion de los baños.
