Heating didn't work Noisy Very slow elevators Poor breakfast
Location and comfort
One of the double glass window didn't properly isolate the sound from the avenue.
Room size. Enough and fresh breakfast options. Good location close to points of interest and 100 meters from subways station.
Bathroom too small.
We visit our family in Buenos Aires every two years and always stayed at this hotel because of its location. In the past 6 years the hotel deteriorated badly, is in poor condition, except the breakfast room, and we will not stay there again.
The hotel is badly overpriced for its condition. We now found another hotel nearby at 35% less. We had a junior suit, room 406, with a dreadful few of dilapidated roof tops, the window leaks badly and we were freezing in mid-May. The place is noisy, and the minibar did not have anything to warm us with!
Breakfast was good
Wifi was spotty
position is very convenient, service good
- large rooms - friendly service - good breakfast - good location to shops and all kinds of services - fine if you expect nothing special
- interior a little worn out - the building has not much charm, very narrow - no bar, no terrace to spend time or meet with people
The first day I told the reception about a couple of things not working properly in the room. Nothing happened
Beds were confortable and clean. Breakfast was OK
Furniture need upgrade or some varnish Bathroom is too elementary Cookware is virtually non existing. Floors need to be more clean. The price is excesive for what you get.
