The hotel is in the city center, convenient shopping. Breakfast is monotonous, no food is optional.

Que fueron muy respetuosos para el cobro y consideraron el mal tiempo y anularon uno de los días de reserva, sin cobrarlo. El tamaño de las piezas está bien. La ubicación es excelente. Que la hora para abandonar el hotel es demasiado temprano.

La ubicación y el restorán para comidas que no sean el desayuno incluido en el precio. No me gustó que al llegar el precio por habitación era mucho más barato que el de mi reserva. No quisieron hacerme la rebaja porque dijeron que yo había hecho la reserva con anterioridad. Me aclararon que después de semana santa bajan siempre los precios . considero que esa actitud fue poco seria pues debieran prevenir y bajar los precios de booking también con posterioridad a semana santa. El personal no es amable y puede ser hasta mal educado. La oferta del desayuno es muy limitada.

Location The hotel is in horrible shape. The staff is rude and incompetent. The room smellS and everything is broken. They charged 4 nights instead of three and ripped us off on the currency exchange, the worse in all of South America. STAY AWAY from it. El Calafate is charming and worth seeing and the glacier is breathtaking. Make sure you hike on the trail. It is worth the time and effort.
