Apartment very good style and very functional for its location in an attractive neighborhood in the center of the city of Buenos Aires / / / Florida Street, Galerias, Plaza San Martin, also near the port and the airport via direct / / / Owner John very kind and very helpful / back soon!

It was nice and pleasant stay, close to the city center, reliable and fast Wi-Fi connection. Host was very helpful with instructions and emailed us prior to agree on exact time of arrival and arrange an early check-in.

The apartment is large, comfortable and in a great location. Downtown central, only a couple of blocks from Florida Ave and the shopping malls. Cable TV, own wifi, hot shower, kitchen; all in good working order. We were very comfortable here and it felt like a small home rather than a hotel room. Note this is not a hotel, it is a privately owned apartment in an apartment building. There is security at the front door but no hotel amenities. We liked this aspect though. The owner is very friendly and accomodated us wanting to stay a bit longer

Watch out on the exchange rate they use, we ended up paying a bit more in pesos than it shows in dollars but I still found it good value for money.

We really enjoy our stay at the Apart Buenos Aires. The location was perfect in the Microcentro, close to everything. The place was very clean and cosy. The owner of the apartment was waiting for us and he was very friendly. The place was very secure. We past a very good time in there. We will tell our friends and family about it. And we will stay again in the future.

This is a studio apartment, in the center of the city. Location is very good, easy to access shopping streets, to bus and metro. The building and surrounding is very safe. The apartment is clean and free wi-fi is very feasible. Kitchen holds material enough for basic needs.

В отеле тараканы, огромные и их много. Очень грязно. Ванна не мытая.

O apartamento tem um tamanho ótimo e o proprietário foi muito gentil. A localização facilita muito o deslocamento pela cidade utilizando ônibus, metrô e taxi.

O pequeno refrigerador estava com um cheiro muito ruim, de comida estragada, então tivemos medo de guardar comidas lá. Tentei limpar, mas realmente precisava ser desligado para que o gelo existente derretesse. Foi o único defeito do Apart.

óTima localização, bom custo-beneficio, ótima localização, quarto bonito e amplo, tem cozinha onde é possível preparar pratos simples.

Não é hotel, é um apartamento que o dono aluga. Não tem portanto café da manhã ou serviço de quarto! Nada que atrapalhe!

No es un hotel. Es un apartamento. Lo alquilas por los días que lo necesites y cuando te vas le dejas las llaves al portero del edificio

A primeira coisa a deixar claro é que não é um hotel. é um apartamento que o proprietário aluga. O quarto é grande, bem limpo, melhor que muitos hotéis com serviço de quarto e camareira. A cama é boa, o chuveiro é muito bom e tem internet e tv a cabo. Tem tambem uma cozinha basica. Apesar de estar no meio da Av. Cordoba, que é muito barulhenta, as janelas abafam bem o som. O custo beneficio é muito bom e o proprietário é bem cuidadoso.

Nao é um hotel. Na hora ficamos surpresos com isso. Mas ė algo que deveria estar claro no Booking. Nao tivemos nenhum problema com nossa estadia, até porque o proprietario é bem cuidadoso e fica esperando você na porta. é só marcar com ele o horario e se programar para pagar em dinheiro. No dia que fomos ele achou que era só uma pessoa e não colocou toalha para casal. Mas tudo bem. Ficamos só uma noite. Mas combine tudo antes com o proprietário e nao terá problemas. Quanto a localização, é centrão de cidade grande. é barulhento e muito movimentado. Ficamos ali só porque era perto do porto.
