Very large space for the money. Good location.

Be very careful when you are charged for your stay as they use their own exchange rate that is very favorable to them (an extra $25 above the price advertised on booking.com). Buyer beware.

the apartment had a lot of space, and the furnishings were pleasant. nice big bedroom, nice bathroom. the apartment buidling has a 24 hr concierge

in the kitchen was no coffee or coffeemachine.

Spacious and comfortable one bedroom apartment. Basic breakfasts but delivered to the apartment right on time. Handy location in Recoleta. The office staff were helpful and friendly.

Balcony at rear of building had no outlook so was not usable.

Good convenient location, safe neighborhood, reasonable prices. An absolute bonus - parking in the hotel! This is very unusual for Buenos Aires so if you are arriving with your own car - indispensable (and cheaper than garages around the block).

Air conditioning system is efficient - but gets the room cold very fast with no efficient way to control the flow of air. So you find yourself in between hot and cold all the time. This is probably only relevant for summer period, as you're unlikely to need it all year round.

The appartment was practical and nice for a family with two children. A feeling of being home away from home. Not too fancy but practical when you have children.

The breakfast was just youghurt, jam and medialunas. As we scandinavians consider the breakfast the most important meal of the day, we had to compensate with serial etc. But knowing South America I guess it is us that are strange ;-)

We like the value, comfort and location. It's on the edge of the touristy areas so it was ideal.

The bathrooms can be better. The shower was leakin which consistently wet the floor after each use.

The addition of an iron and ironing board in the apartment would be helpful.

we were given an complimentary upgrade with 2 bedrooms and 2 bath - wonderful, as we had a friend traveling with us. The apartment was clean and comfortable; fully furnished with all we could need in BA. the staff Angelica and Annette were very accomodating and friendly, allowing us to leave our baggage at the hotel, as our flight left late in the evening. We would happily return to the Art Suites!

Herman, the doorman, was a little gruff.

O atendimento dos recepcionistas foi excelente, são prestativos, claros na orientação aos hóspedes e extremamente simpáticos.

Faltou reposição de papel higiênico (imperdoável em um hotel).

O hotel tem uma localização muito boa, fica entre a Santa Fé (onde tem o metrô) e o cemitério, onde tem bares, restaurantes e o shopping de Recoleta. A equipe é muito prestativa.

O café da manhã é servido no quarto, o que por um lado é bom, pois lhe da maior privacidade. Mas, por outro lado, não oferece tanta variedade, o café é sempre igual.
