The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff could not have been more helpful. The hotel arranged our transfer from the airport at a very reasonable price, all arranged by e-mail

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff, especially Glenda, was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Recoleta is a very charming and safe area, and convenient to other areas in Buenos Aires. The hotel itself is very inviting. When you walk in, you immediately feel at home. Also, it was very well priced. We cannot recommend it highly enough, and would definitely stay again.

Great location A cosy twin room (defined as such by a hotel) - was extremely small for the price of USD 110. It was good enough to come and sleep but not comfortable to stay during the day. The room is in need of a good thorough cleaning, including washing curtains and vacuuming all decorative elements; bathrooms and rooms are in need of touch up paint. Apart from that, the room and the bathroom were clean.

There was a gallery opening on the bottom floor the night of my arrival. A unique opportunity to rub elbows with Argentine artists, and enjoy complimentary red wine. Art is a great hotel that treats you like a star. My Small and Cozy room was tiny, but so well appointed I lacked for nothing. Highest recommendation.

Good location in Recoleta. Very convenient, comfortable, quiet, with accomodating staff. Bottled water in the room was exhorbitantly priced. That was somewhat of an affront. Easilly remedied by bringing your own.

It is very cosy, especially in the evenings when the lights are on and it is raining outside. My room was very small, it was a double but it was really for one person.

The breakfast was very good and the bed linen was also good. The location was very convenient. The staff weren't the friendliest we have come across and the cost of a bottle of mineral water was exorbitant.

This was our fourth stay at the Art Hotel (our first time was back in 2007). We love the location of the hotel, the warmth of the room and the excellent breafast. Furthermore, it is an excellent value for Buenos Aires.

Top of the line, unique, very well done renovation of an old building, all new inside, the crispest linen, cleanness, best breakfast in town, service, personal attention, multi-lingual quality staff, every detail is taken into account, lots of art on display (some for sale too) at museum level, location on a quiet street 1 1/2 blocks from buses, metro, shopping, restaurants and cafes, has free business center w/ fast internet and new computers, and I can go on and on! I reserved a "double room, small and cozy" It was huge, bright, and beautiful, tastefully designed, included extras such as safe and bar, a huge plasma tv, quality minimalistic furnishing (iron and wood) a full size tub and lots of artistic details such as reclaimed pine doors and floors, original art on walls, designer iron closet doors and sink table, 10' ceilings and 7' windows with 3 layers of curtains... Absolutely not! It shows as a 3 stars hotel, and I think it may be because it doesn't have a gym, but still it deserves to be stepped up in category.
