The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful.
Two older women watched over us while we were having breakfast and they weren't at all friendly or helpful! No "hola" or conversation at all. Rather put us off the breakfast!
relative expensive for what you get
The hotel is really petite and nice overall.
The bathroom could be a lot better.
I liked the staff, the room is small but ok for two people, breakfast was deliious!!
My room was on the first floor so a bit too dark.
The hotel is nicely decorated with a rustic twist. I appreciated the exhibition that was in the reception hall. The staff really friendly and helpful.
Complete Breakfast with the best Customer Service By Susana. It looks she is the Franchisee, but takes care of every detail as the Perfect Employee in the dining area.
Here it goes: *No Music in the Dining area *Linens and towels, poor quality & old *Matress Old stained, time to invest *Uncomfortable Sleep *Heater always on *Shower drain Problem * No Privacy with clear window Bath *No air purify in the Bath *Sink hand wash, deteriorated * No coffee maker or water heater to drink infusion. * Reception Staff not updated nor helpful.
Nice location, nice building, nice rooms, nice people!
The unbeatable location within walking distance to main attractions The coziness of the property The art and design throughout The hospitality of the staff Great value
It could be noisy Breakfast had limited choices, mostly cold items
The atmosphere of the hotel and its location.
The Art... Stairwell.. old elevator.. breakfast..
Bed Bugs! need I say more! itching right now!
- Nice place, friendly staff
- Breakfast, not very exiting. And dont drink the five hour old coffee, if you want to enjoy your day. - Dont take a room in the middle, two small windows that dont ventilate. Take a room on the back or the front.
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely boutique hotel in a nice neighborhood. The front desk was quite helpful and always friendly. Their recommended restaurants were excellent. Breakfasts were terrific, and the ambiance and décor were beautiful!
We knew the room we booked would be tight - and it was - but it was really all we needed for our short stay of a few days.
We didn't like the darkness of the hotel. The bedroom was a good size but very gloomy and the breakfast room was extremely dark.
A is a nice, well located small hotel with a lot of character. There are a number of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. The staff is friendly and helpful. We went back on our second visit to BA.
In case this matters for you, though comfortable, some rooms a very small and most do not have an outside window. Note that these rooms are quieter.
The staff were excellent. They spoke good English, were very friendly, cheerful, helpful and had good knowledge of things tourists would to know about. They were very obliging calling taxis and making reservations at restaurants for us. Javier was wonderful. Luggage storage facility was great. 24 hour reception is great for a city that stays up late!
The room was very dim and one off the lights (out of three) wasnt working. By the time we left 2 days later, only one was working! It takes ages for the hot water to come out in the shower. The soap dish in the shower is not good - the tiny cakes of hotel soap kept falling through. The shower door handle is too small, and there aren't enough clothes hooks in the bathrooom. No mirror in room, only in bathroom, very difficult for two people to get ready at the same time. Put at least a small mirror or better a full-lengtht mirror in the room.
Staff very helpful, great service, delicious breakfast & comfortable bed. Loved it!
Great location, close to good restaurants, shopping and Recoleta cemetery.
No dresser in room
The look and feel of the hotel, modern but with a "vintage" feel. Air conditioning. Bed. Art and art decor. Old Elevator was a nice touch. Wood and iron amenities. Mirrored hallway.
Small shower, no dining options, small breakfast options, lack of a spa,
Front office Staff
Breakfast could be better
Front desk staff is excellent
Breakfast was adequate, but not enjoyable
Prefer more hot bread for breakfast.
