Location and style of the hotel

Nice room...nice staff...good breakfast...nice pool...great location...all in all a very nice hotel.

Not the cheapest place, but if you want a quality place this is a good one.

I have entered the hotel after 17hours of flight on early morning, and the personnel was unbelievable rude. There was a problem with my facturation, with payment, with my credit card... so I have cancelled the stay for the upcoming days. The guy on reception haven't even asked me why and what can he do for me. Well for that price it surprised me, but even though changing the hotel was the best choice I could made. Sorry for this very bad impression, but it is how is stayed

Perfect hotel in a lovely neighbourhood. It's close to the subway so easy to get around.

Staff Location Design

Rooms are too noisy. As it is on the corner of two busy streets of Palermo. I did not sleep well due to car noises.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful, newly renovated, attractive modern design throughout, free breakfast until 10:30, 11 on weekends, roof deck with pool, location right in the heart of fun, trendy - if a little gritty - Palermo Soho, which has tons of great restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.

Would have been nice if there was a bar in the hotel (though there are plenty close by so it did not matter a whole lot)

- I liked the outfit of swimming pool area - Extra service in luggagestorage and use of swimming pool adjacent to the booked hotel dates.

- The street-noise in the room even when balcony-doors were closed (they cannot be locked) - receptionstaff is only male and in different (status-related) costumes, tries to be polite but I did not ex- perience them as warm and real welcoming. - breakfast room is in the lounge with a high ceiling and not much space so every guest has to sit very close on a high chair next to other guest ( so not enough peace and privacy)

On the whole , Aspen Square is a very nice hotel.Chic with large rooms and excellent bathrooms. The breakfast was very good offering breads etc. As well as eggs.

We had a very unpleasant situation at our check in. It appears that since I mistakenly booked the hotel using a nonrefundable rate, that Aspen Square charged the card that I used as what I thought was a guarantee. I did not take that card with me on my trip. Although I had other cards a passport etc. The reception insisted that they had to cancel the existing reservation and charge me the prevailing rate which was $35.00 per night more expensive even though the discounted rate was still being offered by booking.com. Very aggravating! I would not book there again. I was under the impression that the credit offered as a guarantee at the time of booking would be charged only in the case of a no show!

The best of the hotel is its location as it is really close to Plaza Italia metro station. The breakfast was nice and staff really helpful. There is a swimming pools at the top but i did not use it (there is a small gym as well). I can really recommend this hotel.

Location perfect in Palermo SoHo, lovely bohemian area that is 'up and coming'! Very friendly staff, we left our luggage there at no extra cost when we went travelling. Rooms very comfortable. Rooftop pool where you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city.

That vat was not included in the price I thought I was paying, unlike other the other hotels booked in Argentina.

Very good hotel, good breakfast, best location, friendly and polite staff, confortable rooms, very clean. A nice gym and pool.

The two things I did not like: 1) when we chose from the site a room with kitchen (more expensive) surely we were thinking about cooking or having meals in the room eventually (otherwise it would not be of any sense having a kitchen and paying more money for the room).When we got there, there was no pans, no utensils to cook (certainly tourists do not bring pans with them on their trip). Then we thought that if they provide a kitchen with an oven, it's no sense not to provide pans. So, we paid more money for the room with kitchen but the purpose (to cook) was not reached. 2) the fridge had a problem - it was warming up in the outside and not cooling in the inside properly. We asked 3 times for someone to check it once we had 2 wines in the fridge, but we stayed the whole period without any assistance in this respect. So, we lost our white wines.

Lovely boutique hotel, amazing fresh breakfast, lovely roof top pool area and great gym facilities. Could not fault this hotel.

Fabulous location. Great breakfast. Room spacious and comfy. Staff heplful.

The rooftop pool and gym facilities were lovely especially during summer.

Breakfast is good however would have been perfected if cafe service was available if you wish to order extra e.g cappucino or hot breakfast ( al a carte menu)

- I loved the location of the Hotel: really close to the metro station. Moreover, Palermo has wonderful walking neighborhood and it is close to beautiful parks, such as the Buenos Aires Botanical Gardens. - It has comfortable rooms

Nice design. Big room. Great location in Palermo. Nice breakfast. Roof top pool is a great treat after a long day of site seeing. Would stay there again for sure.
