Clean, good value, Paulini in the office was very helpful, the studio was very spacious and we felt safe in the area. Although it was based in Palermo we felt we had to walk a while to get to the buzz and active night life with bars and restaurants and shops.

Very comfortable bed and bathroom. Although throughout the whole city you find very good wifi, in the apartment it was not working properly. The staff could not manage to improve it.

It's really well localised. In palermo so close to the exiting night life ! The area is quite relax and nice too. The Small Swimming pool is nice when it's really warm there. In the duplex room, The sofa was the third bedand it was really unconfortable.

Location is great and instalation too The door man at night received us smoking and got in the elevator smoking with us inside and got in our apartment smoking and throuing the ashes in our floor there was only one glass in our kitchen please Tell the door man to not smoke receiving the clients because this is unprpfessional and gives the guests a dirty impression of the place

No es un hotel .Sino un apartemento de alquiler temporario.No tiene servicio de mucama.No dispone de botones. No hay seguridad en ningun horario. No tiene cochera aunque la ofrecen a traves de su pagina.

Sólo la amplitud de los departamentos y el hecho que tienen dos baños. El diseño no esta mal... No hay servicios: ni siquiera limpieza esta descuidado y poco mantenido mobiliario viejo y gastado sábanas y mantas de mala calidad

Cómodo, bien ubicado. No hay cochera del apart a pesar de q la ofrecen entre sus servicios!! Hay q dejar el auto en una cochera privada: 1° gran mentira. Nos dieron un recibo no válido como factura cobrándonos el 21% del iva /no incluido en el $ final q informa booking.com) Tuvimos q reclamar la factura (sino nos estafaban con el 21%) : 2° gran mentira. No lo recomendamos por deshonesto.

Pontos positivos são: silêncio, luminosidade do quarto, amplitude espacial, já que o apartamento é grande. O banheiro tinha um péssimo cheiro de esgoto, não havia utensilios básicos na cozinha, o apartamento é muito mal acabado, com chão de cimento, limpeza precária, com fios de cabelo espalhados pelo banheiro e toalhas amareladas.

El aire acondicionado de la habitacion no enfriaba nada y el del living no llegaba al lugar donde estaba la cama. Eramos 3 y solo habian 2 vasos, hubo que pedir otro y tampoco tenian, nos dieron una copa.... Tampoco tenian un adaptador para el toma corriente que es de 3 en triangulo y todos los enchufes de los cargadores de celular eran en linea. Resultado, nos quedamos sin celular, incomunicados porque en los comercios de la zona tampoco vendian

Local tranquilo, cama muito confortável e quarto com ar condicionado. Paredes sujas, alguns utensílios da cozinha estavam sujos, etc. Está bem longe do metrô, umas 8 quadras.

Personal de Recepción muy atento y predispuesto. Es un departamento en alquiler, solo limpian al entrar y nada mas. La piscina es buena y tenes la tranquilidad de que nadie te molesta para nada. Buen detalle el de las llamadas gratis interurbanas. El amoblamiento y vajilla bien provisto y bastante nuevo. No esta en la mejor ubicación de Palermo. Las instalaciones estan un poco descuidadas en los departamentos. Da muy mal aspecto el piso de cemento. Falta pintura y mantenimiento general. La cocina y el baño estaban limpios al llegar al igual que las sabanas pero no pude usar las frazadas (ni la que estaba en la cama ni las que dejaron extras) por el olor a suciedad que tenian . Han utilizado las mismas para varias estancias y quedaron sucias (incluso con manchas). Eso fue realmente desagradable !! Por todo lo demas, se justifica precio-calidad.

Além de os quartos serem novos, o Hotel fica localizado numa área de Buenos Aires que me agrada (um pouco longe do centro, entretanto). O atendimento da recepção é um tanto confuso, especialmente se você não chega no horário comercial.

Diseño, ubicación, comodidad y mayor disponibilidad de recursos que en un hotel tradicional. Para una permanencia sin necesidad de traerse todo un arsenal de subsistencia desde la casa, faltaron elementos básicos como una pava para calentar el agua, fósforos, repasadores, servilletas, papel de cocina y por último mayor presencia del servicio del hotel informando las posibilidades de agenciarse de tales ausencias. Fue dificil encontrarlo pues no había ningún cartel señalizándolo. Había horarios muy limitados de presencia de personal en las cuales consultar por nuestras necesidades....

O fato de ser um apart hotel, com uma cozinha equipada e bastante funcional. O fato de só haver limpeza semanal, incluindo neste período inclusive a troca das toalhas de banho.

O que mais gostei foi o fato de ter dois ambientes separados, com uma suite separada para o casal. Podendo ainda abrigar mais pessoas, de forma confortavel, e com preco reduzido. A limpeza do local, só conseguimos que limpassem nosso quarto uma vez.
