The staff was very personable and tried to help with all of questions and activities.

I think the carpet in room # 202 should be cleaned or changed. Everything else was fine.

Size of the room,breakfast,location and staff all were great. For the price of the room it was a great deal.

It is in a great location, the hotel staff were very helpful and efficient, and the breakfast was good.

Room the size of a small apartment on two levels was excellent. Enormous comfortable bed. Fridge and cooker ( didn't use because we hadn't brought tea/ coffee or anything to cook, but still impressive!). Jacuzzi, which was great after four hours off- road biking! ( especially with a bottle of local fizz in an ice bucket for about the price of two pints in a London pub!). Most rooms do not generally have a lake view but this is reflected in price of room which we thought was excellent value. The young lad in reception was very helpful in advising best place to hire bikes etc and the staff were generally pleasant and helpful. Just the odd little touches were missing to make it a perfect stay. We arrived early and were asked to wait in reception until room was ready. Obviously we didn't have a problem with this but we had a long drive and the offer of a cup of coffee would have gone down really well. Breakfast was Continental and a bit average but then Continental breakfast only hits the bell if it contains a hot dish such as scrambled eggs and this didn't. Maybe that's being picky but overall we enjoyed our stay very much and I would rather have a large clean and comfortable room with jacuzzi than a sumptuous breakfast! There is also an indoor/outdoor pool with view of lake to the rear, with an adjoining sauna and gym.

It was clean, modern and everything worked. Big room. Breakfast was continental but first class. Fresh fruit salad etc; good Wifi connection which is poor in some hotels. Great location in town. Very friendly helpful staff. Private gated car park on site is good. Couldn't fault it and not expensive either. Great value.

I liked the location and price.

Too noisy outside of the hotel. We couldn´t sleep very well due to the parties outside (students´ parties).

Hospitalidade, bom atendimento, ótimo café da manhã, quarto amplo e confortável, banheiro grande (dividido em área de banho, sanitário e pia), silencioso (4o andar nos fundos), visual moderno, com elevador e vista para as montanhas e lago. Fica numa área central da cidade, perfeito para ir andando aos restaurantes, lojas, centro cívico, etc. Hospitality, good service, good breakfast, comfortable and spacious room, large bathroom (divided into area for shower, toilet and sink), quiet (4th floor in the back), modern look, with lift and overlooking the mountains and lake. It is in a central area of the city, perfect to go walking to restaurants, shops, civic center, etc.

Computadores do hotel muito antigos e lentos para acessar a internet. Tentei sem sucesso transferir fotos da câmera para um pen drive. Wi-fi não pegava no 4o andar. Old and slow computers to access the internet. I tried unsuccessfully to transfer pictures from the camera to a USB drive. Wi-fi does not work on the 4th floor.

Excellent location in the town, very helpful and charming staff, large very comfortable room with balcony, breakfast good, clean and tidy.

O telefone do quarto estava quebrado e estava vazando água da banheira. E eu pedi uma cama de casal e eles me colocaram no quarto com cama de solteiro e aí eu reclamei e eles me trocaram.

Excelente atención. Habitaciones muy cómodas y confortables. La ubicación muy buena, en pleno centro cerca de todo.

Muy bien ubicado, a media cuadra de la calle principal.Sus instalaciones muy confortables y limpias. La habitación triple que nos asignaron, muy amplia.Sirven un desayuno bastante completo. Todo su personal muy amable. Llegamos el día que se iniciaba el festival anual del chocolate pero aun así no tuvimos contratiempos por la cantidad de gente que había ya que en la recepción nos apoyaron con las reservas de excursiones y restaurantes lo que hizo que nuestra estadía fuera excelente.Sin duda lo recomendamos ampliamente.

La amabilidad y buena disposicion del personal, la ubicacion del hotel, limpieza de la habitacion, desayuno excelente.

Lo unico que no me agrada son las habitaciones alfombradas.

Excelente hotel. La ubicación es óptima para quien busca estar en pleno centro, cercano a comercios y restaurantes. Está a metros de la costanera del lago. El tamaño y confort de las habitaciones lo hace altamente recomentable, pueden alojarse hasta 3 personas muy cómodas en la habitación, ya que el baño está zonificado en 3 sectores independientes. Buenas camas, sábanas, calefacción, tv y placares. El desayuno es tipo buffet y lo considero completo. Otro aspecto a destacar es la amabilidad y buena predisposición de todo el personal.

Tiene una discoteque al lado, pero por suerte en los días que nos alojamos no funcionó. De todos modos, las habitaciones que dan a la calle, están insonorizadas con doble ventana y vidriado.

The hotel rooms are amazingly big and comfortable. La habitación del hotel era muy grande y cómoda, para que te des una idea más grande que un monoambiente. La atención es muy buena y el servicio también, muy recomendable

Séjour de 5 nuits dans cet hôtel proche de toutes les commodités. Les chambres sont immenses et très agréables.Possibilités de parking dans l'hôtel car à Bariloche le stationnement est payant (mais pas cher)

Pour un hôtel de ce genre, un plateau bouilloire avec thé et café serait le bienvenue.

La verdad que cuando llegue me sorprendi, fue mejor de lo que esperaba. La habitación era re grande y el personal re amable en todo momento. El desayuno no es un desayuno continental, pero estaba muy bueno. La verdad que me queda agendado para cuando vuelva a Bariloche

Los detalles como silla en el baño, el baño seccionado, amplitud, ducha excelente al igual que el desayuno

Falto gorra de ducha, acondicionador de pelo. La cama se desarma rapidamente.
