Staff was very nice, upgraded my studio to a suite. Well designed boutique hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Nice shower and comfortable beds. Breakfast was so-so, but not bad. |

Nothing but good things to say about the Ayres de Palermo, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good. The apartments were big comfy and very clean. Would highly recommend it. |

staff extremely attentive, rooms large and comfortable excellent location There is a supposed gym on the 9th floor which contains a treadmill and cycle this can be hardly clasified as a "gym" |

Nicely located. Rooms have space. I would conclude it is an excellent 3 star hotel. 4 star might be a little overrated Breakfast is definitely not what you expect from a 4 star hotel |

Hospitalidade e atenção. Clareza. Poderia ter mais frutas no café da manhã. É um café da manhã simples e bom e o atendimento das senhoras (serviço no café) é excelente. São muito simpáticas. |

Hotel novo, aspecto limpo e piso sem carpet. Atenção dos recepcionistas, especialmente os da noite, excelente atendimento ao cafe da manhã. Bairro seguro e bonito, proximidade de shopping e facil acesso a metro e comercio. Preocupação permanente em manter a qualidade do atendimento |

Localização, tarifa, atendimento, ganhamos um upgrade e ficamos num apartamento ótimo, muito silencioso, muito confortável. Recomendo para quem vá à cidade a trabalho, ou por um tempo mais longo, pois aí tem todo o esquema de uma casa. Um apart hotel bem instalado e moderno. |
