It was a really beautiful room and back space (where the pool and breakfast room were), with nice bonuses like two computers available to check email/get online and free breakfast. It's in between the core of Recoleta and Palmermo and two blocks from two Subte stops and a mall, so good location to get about. We stayed on the street side on the first floor and it was pretty loud - needed to wear ear plugs. But, other than that, the facilities and staff were great! |

The suite rooms are enormous. It is well located. Internet access is good and available and it is well maintained. The twin beds should be "doubles" instead of twins, they're a little small. Breakfast needs to be improved. There is insufficient variety at breakfast. (Same every day). |

The location was very central with a metro stop just a short walk away. The apartment we stayed in was always spotlessly clean. The breakfast was good but there were too many sweets for my liking. Having free internet access was a great bonus also. All round great place! |

The location, the friendliness of the staff, the modern decor and comfort of the studio apartments. Breakfast could have more variety, sound proof windows could provide better seal, thus actually providing protection from street noise. |

The room was a good size with a small sitting area and plenty of storage space. The shared areas were good - pool, computers and book exchange/couches. An area to get a drink would have been nice. The staff weren't particularly good for advice about where to eat or things like that. Maybe the place is more focused on business than tourists. |

Away from the downtown yet close to shopping, great neighborhood, close by best empanada bakery, great deli stores, above all great staff. |

Very large clean and well equipped room. Decor very smart and modern. Would suit persons staying for a longer period as basic catering facilities i.e. fridge and microwave were included. A bonus when you get fed up with eating out allot. Would not hesitate in recommending this hotel. |

Very helpful front-desk, great breakfast, easy access to free Internet, good room cleaning service - they worked late hours also, excellent location to everything. Great to have such a clean kitchenitte and I could warm up food and eat on the dining table in the room. Would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Buenos Aires. The back of the hotel is much more quieter for sleeping compared to the front part of the hotel for those people who are light sleepers. But generally I dont think this would be an issue for most people. |

Ayres Palermo is in an excellent location. Close to transport and restaurants. Staff made our stay comfortable. The price at the time ,$85us , made it excellent value for money. Wish we could have booked more nights at the same price.. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was just right for our activities as it had a metro close by and the Sante Fe street was very lively. I think there could be an improvement in the breakfast.I Was surprised that for two eggs one has to us$5, this is amazing!!! |

what iI like the most were the rooms and their forniture. Comfortable and moderm The breakfast room is very small and has no enought room for sitting confortably. |

I found the room comfortable, spacious, very clean, quiet. I found the staff very accommodating and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. I appreciated the use of the internet. I have no complaints. |

The location, the staff were all terrific. The breakfasts were great and I especially liked having computer access. It is not what I did not like, just 2 suggestions:1. please connect to CNN in English. 2. provide small washcloths for the bathroom. |

Staff was very nice, upgraded my studio to a suite. Well designed boutique hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Nice shower and comfortable beds. Breakfast was so-so, but not bad. |

Nothing but good things to say about the Ayres de Palermo, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good. The apartments were big comfy and very clean. Would highly recommend it. |

staff extremely attentive, rooms large and comfortable excellent location There is a supposed gym on the 9th floor which contains a treadmill and cycle this can be hardly clasified as a "gym" |
