I thought the staff, Julian, Diego, Maurico were fantastic. My friend and I had just traveled on a 16 hour bus ride from Iguazu to ba because our flight was cancelled due to volcanic ash clouds, we were not in good spirits when we arrived as my friend was quite sick. The moment we arrived from the friendly staff to the breakfast in your room was fantastic and our spirits were lifted. We stayed 4 days and loved it. Best value for the money and excellent location. All of the staff went above and beyond for us without expectations (ie constant tipping). We would recommend this hotel.

The pool was not as clean as we would have liked.

Proximity to many good restaurants, very helpful and courteous staff.

Needed to pay for in-room Internet (free Internet was advertised, but there was no mention that it was only free in the lobby).

I have stayed here at least 6 times and I have always been impressed. It is almost like home!

Great location in a safe, clean neighbourhood. Modern and efficient hotel with very helpful & knowldegeable staff.

Pool was a small and not very clean or warm/hot. Room walls and floors are also thin so you can hear other rooms/occupants.

Spa (jacuzzi) never seemed to be up and running...and we stayed 5 nights over the course of 9 days

The ease at which we could go in and out, and the assistance of staff to get us to our show destinations on time by organising taxis. The availability of computers for internet. The whole ambiance and feel of the hotel.This visit was a 70th birthday gift to me from my son who accompanied me. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and hassle free.

Large rooms, nice location, friendly staff, fast internet

Very friendly service, the reception staff is always helpful and they always smile:-) Comfortable, spacious rooms, great location, great price for the value. There should be fresh fruit in the breakfast, not canned. The super-fast breakfast service to the room is great!

Fugue in the bathrooms should be repaired, replaced at certain places... they dot really reflect proper hygiene. The breakfast is substantial, good generally... but it should contain fresh fruit instead of the canned stuff.

Location for City visit and major sights in BA is excellent. Front desk service likewise. Parks, places of interest and many restaurants within wlaking distance.

pre-packed breakfast could have more variety and could be better given the price for the room.

Excellent, well attenive staff especially at front desk including Marcelo, Julio and Julian.

Bedding and furniture may be in need of replacement.
