Ayres de Recoleta Plaza

Das Hotel hat eine besonders gute Lage für Touristen. Es liegt zentral und man bekommt immer schnelle ien Taxe. Samstag und Sonntag ist hioert der wohl schönste Kunstmarkt und der friedhof, auf dem Elvita Peron liegt ist einen steinwurf entfernt. Die Zimmer mit den Endnummern 01 und 02 haben einen Balkon bzw. eine Terrasse 901 und 902 und sind für Bouenus Airex nicht laut. Die anderen ligen nach hinten und unser Zimmer 104 hatte keinen Balkon.

Das Frühstück ist inclusive und wird auf dem Zimmer servierrt, nicht mehr im Restaurant gegenüber. Es ist jeden Tag gleich, kann aber durch einen kleinen Aufschlag durch Eier oder sonsiges aufgebessert werden.

Morning attendents in the reception are very efficient and polite and have found us another hotel very quickly. Well situated hotel, very close to bars and restaurants in Recoleta, in case you are a party people.

Never been to such a noisy hotel before. We've stayed at the first floor and could listen to every noise on the street and in the room beside us. The night attendent didn't know to show us how to use the safety box and told us not to worry because the hotel could open any safety box!!! Had to unplug and plug the TV to work; bathroom's lock was broken.When we've asked to night attendent to move to other room, he said we couldn't because the hotel was complete and he could do nothing, he didn't even tried to offer a place in other hotels of the same group. When we've complained about the hotel he started to shout being very rude and unpolite.At morning manager offered a room in another hotel of the same group but we've moved to Alvear Palace.

I was in a good area that allowed me to take taxis and busses whenever I wanted to.I also liked the idea of having a kitchen in the room.

I wouldn't use the same jar (for the breakfast) to put the coffee and later the water for tea. The coffee has a very strong taste and not everybody likes it.

Sheets didn't look fully clean when we got there, "Non Smoking" room smelled like smoke

Theapartment was very spacious and well equiped. It was very clean, well designed and quiet. Breakfast was good, delivered to your room any time.Location was excellent, supermarket over the road and cafes and restaurants at the top of the road. Staff spoke very good English and were very helpful. Pool, small gym and two computers and Wifi on the ground floor.

Why not Wifi throughout the hotel?

It was in a very good location,rooms was very big and comfort!Reseption was very helpfull.....i easy recoment it to all!!!
