- I do recommend this hotel for everyone! - The room and facilities were great. - Staff was great, Lucas was very helpfull. - Breakfast was simple, but good. - Wifi working.
- Thin walls but that was not a big problem. - Check out time was early, I think at least noon would be ok. - Minibar was empty, if you are arriving after business hours, there's a little store one block away from the hotel that you can buy water and soda, for example.
Best location in BA Safe, upscale neighborhood Rooms overlooking famed Recoleta Cemetery Price! Walking distance to multiple points of interest
Booking.com listing erroneously said breakfast included.
Location, location, location. I think it's the best location in Buenos Aires. Plaza Francia with the wonderful trees, with the "paseadores de perros" in charge of 15 dogs at the same time. One block from Recoleta Village with the cinemas, shopping and cafes; one block from Café La Biela, with the best hot chocolate and medialunas. Staff is very helpful and nice. Rooms are huge. The best deal quality-price.
Some noises (wáter running in pipes?). Small bathroom but you can manage.
The internet is really good, the staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean
The choice for breakfast which is served in the room is limited and it becomes repetitive if you are staying for a period of more than 2 nights
The accomodations are very confortable and has a good space. The location are great with many restaurants, stores and interesting places around. I reccomend.
Excellent location. Very clean.
Just in front of the Cementerio de la Recoleta, a great place to be if you're on vacations
The rooms were not very pretty and the pool seemed very dirty
Location, location, location!
Quizás quisiste decir: The breakfast. It is served at your room, and it consist in coffee, milk, yogurt, some pudins, and croissants, but there no option for a low calories, or a more healthier choice.
Wonderfully friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location with shops, restaurants and other facilities close at hand. Comfortable, well-furnished, airy studio apartment with fridge, cooking facilities and superb view.
The swimming pool was useful for cooling off in, but the tall surrounding buildings means it gets little direct sunlight, so no chance to work on one's tan!
Pleasant location in an appealingly green neighborhood, close to points of interest, restaurants, and cafes. Kichenette very useful and convenient.
Continental breakfast was adequate but somehow dreary.
Spacious room; very friendly and nice staff
The rooms are a bit run-down but nice overall.
Great staff. Breakfast more than adequate. Fab location.
Pool not absolutely clean. Jacuzzi broken
what really makes an organization are the people. the staff at Ayres the recoleta plaza are informative, helpfull, polite, etc. etc.
The location for this Hotel couldn´t be better, you´re just in the corner of one of the most beautiful and touristic neighborhoods in Buenos Aires so you can walk just a few steps and you have options to eat, drink, walk and enjoy. The Recoleta Cementary is right there and you have also “Recoleta Mall” on the corner, Design Mall, and a Turibus Stop just in the next corner. Also, being an appartment allows you to try to save money shopping for breakfast or a ligth dinner.
The bathroom had a very bad smell during our stay. I think the cleanliness should be improved. And odor block deodorant could be the solution!
nice staff, polite , clean
i don't have any complain, maybe a better breakfast,
Great location, friendly staff, large rooms.
Rather dated shower (in the tub), breakfast at the room was nice but very basic. Rooms are slighty dated.
Location was great, The apartments were really confortable and had everything we needed, Breakfast was yummy and served to your room, Not noisy at all
One of the days it was raining and we felt rushed to leave the room for the cleaners ( we had the recepcionist knocking on the door to advise they wanted to clean!),
Everything! This "hotel" seemed more a short-term apartment rental. The room was great, very clean, very big (bigger than our NYC apartment). It included a full kitchen, nice bathroom with a tub (a first in our travels to South America), couch, dining room area, comfortable bed, great lighting, and a balcony with a partial view of the cemetery, and a view of the pool. The breakfast was your typical South American pastries with Ham and cheese, but was brought to your room, instead of eating in a common area. It was very nice. Location is in a very safe neighborhood, literally steps from 10+ great restaurants, bars, the Cemetery, and shopping (including 2 malls within walking distance). Very friendly staff, very nice neighborhood, 10/10.
Personally, I loved this, but as a warning, there is a restaurant around the corner from the hotel that cooks meat, and he smell of the meat was wafting up onto our balcony, and a little bit into our room. It smelled amazing, and actually whet my appetite every night before dinner, but if you are sensitive to a smoky meat smell (or don't like meat), ask for a room on the front of the building,
