A location and clean suit, and cooperative staff. The main problem that made the suite uncomfortable was too thin walls that you could hear any voice from other rooms even opening the safety box door!!!

Very nice staff. Our room -- 9th floor -- had a terrific very large balcony overlooking Recoleta Cemetary. The small kitchen was also great. The pool was nice -- small though. They arranged a shuttle to the airport for us and the driver was right on time and very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

The hot tub was not in service. It is also 10 blocks from the nearest metro station so a lot of walking is necessary unless you take cabs. The early check in was nice but they charged us for a half-day -- but it was 9am.

I thought the staff, Julian, Diego, Maurico were fantastic. My friend and I had just traveled on a 16 hour bus ride from Iguazu to ba because our flight was cancelled due to volcanic ash clouds, we were not in good spirits when we arrived as my friend was quite sick. The moment we arrived from the friendly staff to the breakfast in your room was fantastic and our spirits were lifted. We stayed 4 days and loved it. Best value for the money and excellent location. All of the staff went above and beyond for us without expectations (ie constant tipping). We would recommend this hotel.

Excellent central location in Recoleta with a good modern design. Rooms are well designed and spacious.

Very very noisy in the morning room doors slam and cleaners start early have little respect for occupiers of nearby rooms who may be sleeping (and I mean at 8 or 9 am!). I you get up early this is the hotel for you!

Muito bom o hotel, a localização é excelente, o quarto muito confortavel, o fato de servir cafe da manha no quarto é um grande diferencial e isso me atrai muito, mesmo sendo aquele cafe super basico e repetitivo, como fiquei 07 dias, ja nao aguentava mais ver as mesmas coisas todos os dias, embora tudo muito gostoso. Porem como tem uma cozinha toda montada no apt e um supermercado na frente vc pode comprar algumas coisas para incrementar o seu cafe. Nenhuma reclamação, um pouco de barulho do banheiro do vizinho e da rua, mas nada relevante. Voltarei sempre para esse hotel.
