Noisy!!! Small bathroom!!

Room on street loud with late nightclub across the street. Hot rub and pool not heated.

Spacious rooms. Good staff.

Best location. Close to the cemetary and all Recoleta good things. An appartment with good facilities.

Breakfast is boaring

Nothing. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it.

The staff was extremely helpful when problems with my airline arose. They were able to accommodate us an extra evening at the same rate.

The hotel has excellent facilities. It is located in a very good area and the staff gives excellent service. I enjoyed my stay very much.

This is a nice hotel with big rooms, equipped kitchen and frindely staff (specially Guido and Marco Gonzales). Due to others reviews, we had asked for a room at the backside of the building, to avoid the disco noise. So, I can't tell anything about this "noise". The breakfast is enough. I wouldn't ask for anything else. The neighborhood is nice place to have a walk and to make some shopping. From the hotel to other places like Palermo Soho, San Telmo and Puerto Madero, the cab costs about 25 or 30 pesos. Next to the building is the Recoleta Mall, the Recoleta Cemetery and Romario, a nice "empanada"'s restaurant. I would stay there again, and I recommend it.

The only thing I can say is about the view. We stayed at the back of the building due to some others advises about the street noise. At the back of the building it's possible to see only others buildings and some graves from the Recoleta Cemetery.

La excelente ubicación, la fabulosa atención del personal y la ambientación del edificio.

Si bien el equipamiento del apartamento es bueno, la cama ya estaba un poco vieja y con problemas de resortes. El otro problema fue el ruido del equipo externo del aire condicionado.

Excelente ubicación

Quarto espaçoso, cozinha bem equipada, banheiro limpo. O quarto é limpo e arrumado diariamente. Atendimento dos funcionários do hotel é excelente. Fizeram reservas de restaurantes, solicitaram táxis, quando perguntávamos sobre a localização de algum estabelecimento eles abriam um mapa de bolso e marcavam a localização. Muito atenciosos e educados.

Design do quarto é meio antigo. Precisa de reforma (visual), porém tudo funciona perfeitamente.

-el agua caliente solo ocasional !! -el climatizador es tan ruidoso que aunque la habitación esté fría hay que apagarlo en la noche - camas individuales muy pequeñas -no hubo posibilidad de resolver los problemas anteriores

La ubicación es muy buena en relación a los puntos de interés turísticos de la ciudad. El departamento para tres personas está bien equipado para una estadía corta.

En general está todo bien. Pasé solo una noche en este hotel, pero considero que podrían mejorar la presentación y calidad del desayuno.

me parecio muy chocante Y es la primera ves que me pasa, soy viajante hace mas de 20 AÑos, que me pidieran al momento de ingresar una fotocopia de mi tarjeta de credito Y mi dni por las dudas que yo rompira algo. Primero me prejuzgaron como dañino y ademas son datos totalmente personales como para entregarlos a una persona que bien puede utilizarlos para cualquier tpio de operacion. Revean este requisito es totalmente chocante.

La atención de los empleados y la limpieza.

Los muebles del ingreso están deteriorados, creo que no se condicen con un hotel de cuatro estrellas. El precio podría incluir el desayuno.

Tiene una ubicación privilegiada, habitaciones muy cómodas y muy buen trato.

nada importante pero podria ser detalles como no tener servicio de frigobar, si bien hay una heladera es para que vos compres y pongas ahi.
