De ontbijtruimte is een beetje krap.

Leuk hotel, schone maar kleine kamers. Goed ontbijt.

Niet alle medewerkers zijn even vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Good location in San Telmo.Interesting paintings on walls and common areas.Open patio area at the top of the hotel.Kitchen area open so you can make a cup of tea.

Room was a bit snug but hey who stays in their room when you are in Buenos Ayres in the summer.

Generally ok, good location.

The staff seemed to try every trick to get more money from you. Extra mini bar charges, a charge for making a towel dirty and then worst of all they suggested leaving our credit card details as their machine 'didn't work'. We didn'T. Not to be trusted!

Could seerve eggs at Breakfast

This hotel was located close to many of the attractions you could walk to, shopping precinct (florida calle) and the central district for catching hop on hop off bus. There were some good local restaurants close by and a local store that had everything you´d need plus vino and beer. The hotel has a great breakfast, very helpful staff and is decorated in a tango theme ~what more could you want.

San telmo is a working class area and as the staff advised, just make sure you keep your money tucked away. Then most of buenos aires is the same. We had no problems at all and we came and went at all hours.

Staff molto disponibile, ottima posizione, colazione sostanziosa e genuina, terrazza dove poter rilassarsi. Staff really friendly and helpful, excellent location, really good breakfast, small terrace where you can relax.

Asciugamani e lenzuola presentavano macchie, sotto il letto c'era molta polvere. Towels and sheets had some stains, really dusty under the bed.

Everything, especially the hotel decor: painting on all walls and figures of famous Argentinians - very attractive. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, very clean and comfortable, a nice sunny terrace on top and great location!

The friendliness of the staff, the comfortable beds, the hot showers, the security of the Hotel, its location in San Telmo, the fruit salad for breakfast, the cleanliness, the free internet, the quirky paintings on the room walls and the fact that the reception was open 24 hours/day so I could come back at 3:30am from a Milonga and still get in without any problems,

The staff was great. it's really fun to see the various murals and statues that are around the public spaces.

We loved this place. Great decor / rooms, very clean. Staff were great - spoke english as well as spanish. Always helpful with directions for buses or places to eat etc. This is a great location in San Telmo - we would definitely stay again.

it was ok, the room are a bit small and the bathroom even smaller! they 've got a dinner room with a lovely terrace on the 3rd floor. if you stay for a couple of days its fine..

room with a windows inside so no view at all! air con makes such a noise u wont leave it on at night. room a bit small but cosy nice painting though. bathroom very very small and no pressure on the water.

Hotel interior is quite kitchy, still it has its own style and holds it till the end. The rooms are nice and clean and with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was surprisingly good and transfer from the hotel to airport was really a good deal.

It has class. The room we stayed in was a bit small. However, its definitely value for money and I would not mind staying there again. The staff of the hotel is what makes is so special.

Wi-Fi is so poor.

They picked us up at the airport and handled a last minute change of details perfectly. The decor is really nice and the staff were very friendly.

It was very noisy - especially the lift. Also, every time the lift was used the door in our en-suite bathroom rattled loudly keeping us awake. The water in the pipes in the bathroom ran all night too.

We absolutely love the decor, with all the colourful walls and paintings including the room as well as the famous people statues which gave it a good touch.

The hot shower was not working properly.

We thought it was value for money,unique,the location was great and the staff were extremely helpful and spoke good english. We enjoyed our breakfasts. The tea and coffee making facilities available to guests at all times was an added bonus. We had a problem with our internet connection which was promptly fixed.

Liked it so much on checkout we booked to stay another three nights at end of our trip. The hotel is very reasonable for a great location, free wifi/internet, great security,help, nice breakfast with variety and a yummy bakery next door. Plus the hotel is unique / fun + completely clean.

We found our room to be too warm - but then we realised there was a heater in the corner inlaid in wall and once off it was fine.
