the location is perfect, and the rooms are really comfortable. Great restaurant and nice staff

We loved the breakfast and the large spacious rooms. A couple of staff could communicate quite well in English, which was very helpful.

The shelves in the room were very dusty, indicating that the room wasn't cleaned to the highest standards. The pool appeared to be very dirty and hot tub was cold, so neither could be used during our stay, which was disappointing. We specifically booked this hotel because of the roof top plunge pool and spa.

this hotel is in a very good location for palermo soho which is an interesting, up coming and safe area. The rooms were large ,clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent, friendly ( they greeted you on every occasion by name) and were helpful and efficient. Breakfasts were very good

Service of front desk managers was excellent. Helped us enormously after being robbed on the Subte- Subway. Breakfast was fine

Had to pay more than expected, booked a room for 2 adults and 3 small kids under 3 - had to pay a surcharge nor previously advised.

Location was a bit "in the middle" between the centre of Soho and Plaza Italia.

new hotel in the heart of Palermo Soho, our room had a fantastic terrace - very convenient for a nice chill in the evening!

Refrigerator did not work well, luke warm hot tub, some staff did not seem to know the the surrounding areas.

New hotel, very clean. Staff speak English and are very helpful. they arranged a city tour that was very good. The park is within walking distance. Area is very safe.

Loved staying at this hotel for 2 nights with my husband. We had a very relaxing time. Staff was extremely efficient and spoke English. Great location, great service. Would surely stay there again!!!

Excellent hotel staff (see opposite for comments on restaurant staff). Room was large, clean, well appointed. Location very good for Palermo key areas.

The only hotel we found in Argentina which didn't provide bowls or cold milk for cereal, and then seemed baffled by our request. Restaurant staff not nearly as pleasant as hotel staff. Room on top floor was very hot, perhaps due to orientation west, and so we had to have the a/c on full time.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We had to wait about 30 mins for our room when we arrived (it was only 9am) but they sat us down in the restaurant and gave us lovely fresh orange juice. The room was huge and very nice with a balcony. The staff were always very helpful. The pool area is very nice to relax in after a long day walking. The area (Palermo Soho) is the best to stay in in my opinion. The hotel is 5-10 mins walk from the best area for bars and restaurants. It feels very safe around there too.

The rooms are pretty noisy. The hotel is on a busy street and there is absolutely NO soundproofing at all between the rooms. We could hear everything that was being said in the room next door etc. take your earplugs.

Modern, 33 room boutique hotel. friendly staff, English speaking reception, close to subway and transportation, breakfast included, private hot tub, tanning area, and good restaurant and wine bar attached.

Beautiful hotel rooms in a great location and a very reasonable price. Great staff too.

The staff were very warm and friendly and incredibly helpful, especially Fagun who was happy to answer all of our many questions (in English). The room was spacious and clean, although the bathroom was a little small. The location is in the heart of Palermo and near a vast array of bars and restaurants (but beware that ba is a huge city and it will take a 20-30 min taxi drive in light traffic to get to the Microcentre from here). The solarium on the 1st floor is nice, but the pool is too small for swimming and the 'gym' consists of only 1 treadmill and 1 bike.

The worst thing about this hotel is the noise. The rooms are very poorly soundproofed and although the sound of the traffic was not a problem for me personally (it could be for some), we were woken up nearly every night during our stay by other guests.

Installations are new, clean and modern. Nice balcony. Just in heart of Palermo Soho.

In the bedroom the refrigarator is installed in an enclosure which does not allows its proper operation, so the goods inside are keeped warm. In the toilet the shower floods the space (the Jacuzzi is not necessary), something quite usual in design hotels. Breakfast in a Cafe is not good (missing fruits, ice, eggs,...).Some personnel are not familiar with the city nor the neighborhood (they would check internet for answer simple questions!), and repeat mechanically instructions about the installations.

The location was good. Right in Palermo and walking distance to main streets and Alto Palermo - a great shopping Centre. The spa bath in the room is fabulous.

It would be good if there is a faculty to make eRly morning coffee in the room. Breakfast only opens at 7 so the hotel really needs to have this in room facility.

I really liked it and wish I could have stayed longer. It's new with very friendly and helpful staff and a nice restaurant excellent too. Balcony on room. Everything good about here.

The hotel is located in, what I consider, the best part of Buenos Aires - Palermo Soho, so close to Plaza Serrano. The rooms are very well equipped and have a nice balcony. The staff is very helpfull and friendly - a very joyable place to be.

The only minor thing was that the capuchino at breakfast was charged seperatly, and not even informing me before.
