Sooo helpfull, even when ive checked out,and leaving for another part of Argentina, some of my things could stay there. There are not many western Union wich are international, and they used a lot of time on it for me.!! :)) the Restaurant staff also very Nice.!! Ive had a bad experience on other hotel ,when they want you Secure code, and i dont like leaving it,and they were very understanable to.!! Nothing less than perfect.!!
They need more sunbeds :)
The people who work at this hotel made our stay spectacular. The wait staff was exceptional.
The floors could have been cleaner in our room.
The hotel is perfectly located in Palermo, 3 blocks form the Subte. The surrounding neighborhood is very charming with many great restaurants nearby and a decent grocery store a block away. Beds were comfortable, wifi worked well and the staff was very helpful. The included breakfast was very good as well.
Exceptionally helpful staff, who went the extra mile for us, and then two or three more!! You will not find more accomodating staff in any hotel anywhere in the world.
Its location, The staff, The nice little restaurant, Easy access to local transport
Inability of some of the restaurant staff members to clearly communicate in English but thats understandable as Spanish is the most common spoken language there.
Great location, beautiful spacious rooms, friendly staff and very well priced. Better than paying rip off European hotel prices.
location service overall room with terrace
noisy neighbours one night
Was a bit cold in the room
Breakfast was great
During our stay there was an event with kids above our room, was extremely noisy, and kids were throwing things in our balcony we had to call reception 3 times, and had the feeling nothing was done, just to wait for the event to finish.
Check in was a breeze. Romina runs a tight ship! The staff was very responsive, storing our luggage, opening wine bottles, suggesting restaurants, and ordering transport to the airport. The room was large and open with a delightful balcony to enjoy night or day, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping our room clean and fresh The fresh new design of both the hotel and the attached restaurant is very appealing. The cuisine in the restaurant is also very good. The location calmer than the Centro or Recoleta, and is perfect for many delicious restaurants in the area.. The Subte is a couple of blocks away, which we took many times into the tourist spots. This hotel was recommended by a friend, and I would certainly recommend it, too.
The staff was very helpfull and friendly.
They want to charge you extra for machine coffee. For this price, I expect not old filter coffee. The rooms and bathrooms need maintenance. The manager is allways present behind the bar in the breakfast restaurant. He wasn't doing anything but staring . Very uncomfortable. Breakfast is in the public restaurant wich means very noisy and busy. Not value for money, there are better hotels near by.
Location for the purpose of my trip
They advertise as having parking facilities, but then, not even my compact two-door C4 fit in. I had to park 2 blocks away. They should warn better fron the start so you keep options intact to decide
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Be sure to stop at the JA! Winetasting nearby. Great pool facilities.
Street noise cam be a distraction.
we enjoyed the position, in the heart of Palermo Soho. The room was nice and spacious, with a small pleasent balcony. breakfast is OK
we chose it also for the pools, since we have small children that love it. Do not do that: the water of the Jacuzzi is cold, unless you ask 3 hours in advance to have it heated up, but not longer, otherwise it will be TOO HOT. The pool is dirty. We found the room's floor rather dirty. The bathroom very small.
Beautiful boutique hotel, excellent balcony with great view in the heart of soho Palermo, the most exciting neighborhood in Buenos Aires
Friendly, helpful staff, close to Subte, close enough for walking to Plaza Serrano. Spacious rooms. Small but nice balcony.
limited breakfast choices, restaurant staff seemed to not recognize us even after several visits. Bed pillows uncomfortable
The décor was very tastefully executed, especially the red colour scheme. The balcony enabled us to sit outside for a sunset drink before walking around the corner to Don Julio's for dinner. As we had an early morning flight, the hotel provided a very filling box lunch. The remise we ordered was waiting to take us to Ezeiza, so everything ran smoothly.
Very helpful staff. Stayed on 2 separate occasions and both times my room was ready early.
Good hotel with much value for the money. About 5-10 min from Seranno plaza. The staff spoke good English and was really nice and helpful. The hotel restaurant was also great, good meat and staff. Eat there 4 times under our stay which was 5 nights.
Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. had a really nice balcony. Good outdoor pool area.
The breakfast was quite bad
Stayed for 5 nights staff very helpful. Great location 10 mins walk to local market square with lots of places to eat and drink. 5 mins walk from a main shopping street and park.
Had a problem with minibar fridge which took 4 days to be replaced(it was over weekend and the hotel was full) replaced right away on day 4 when asked again. We were provided wiTh cold drinks whenever we needed them showing how helpful the staff were.
Room was nice, balcony, pool area (though hot tub wasn't on, but it was summer). Front desk staff were helpful, cleaning staff did a good job
Value for money is probably about equal to other 4 star hotels in Buenos Aires, but still very expensive compared to other options. If you're in Buenos Aires for any length of time, definitely look into apartment rentals. Very nice places are available for 1/2 to 1/4 the price of a hotel. Another nagging issue, is the mini bar fridges don't function properly. If you want to keep anything cold you're out of luck. If you do want a drink from the hotel they'll deliver it to your room.
