Natalya on reception was very helpful & spoke good English. Nice room.
Breakfast is pretty average.
Simple room, small pool but adequate, great views. Bars close.
There was no extra toilet paper in our room and we had to ask for it when toilet paper run out. Neighborhood! But hotel and others have put in official complaints! Unfortunately makes it a little edgy for safety! But the hotel itself is very secure
As our plane was delayed and we arrived later than expected, our room was given away and three of us were given another room, where we had to share one bed after travelling for 33 hours non-stop. They didn't reimburse any of the cost we had already paid!!!
Booking was for deluxe double. Upon check-in,(between1pm and 2pm) reception assigned standard room without mentioning they had no deluxe available. Only after my checking my reservation did they admit we should be in a deluxe room but could not move us until the second day. I believe they would have left us in standard and charged us for deluxe if I had not questioned them.
Nice pool area, spacious rooms, lots of cabel channels and big tv screen. Reasonable breakfast Very helpful staff at the reception
Rooms are not properly cleaned and some of the common areas were also very dirty, like the mirrors in the elevators and even the lobby floor.
The room and the terrace with pool
We expected a kitchen with more stuff ready for cooking but there was only a kettle. The pool water was a little bit dirty.
Comfortable beds, nice view from terraces, Pool and poolbar!
No cupboards in rooms, nothing to put your clothes, no sunshades on terrace next to pool...
This hotel was the best experience we have had in BA. No problem.
Staff was rude and useless, wifi only works outside of the room, swiming pool is 0.3m (1 foot) deep, avoid this place!!!!
The rooms were pretty big and it was quiet at night time
The reception staff are the worst we have come across in our 9 months of travelling, they are so unhelpful and rude, and keep contradicting everything they say, for example we asked to have a late check out and they told us we couldnt because the hotel was fully booked even though there were plenty of rooms available to book on booking.com, i dont think they even understand what they are saying in english! The breakfast is not very nice, the wifi is shocking, we couldnt sit on our bed to use the internet and pretty much had to sit on the floor beside the door to get any connection. When we arrived we got sent up to a room which wasnt even made up (dirty toilets etc). You cant control the air conditioning in your room and have to call reception when you want it on or off. Ultimately the worst thing about this hotel is the reception staff - rude and obnoxious!! If you ask to speak to the manager they tell you he will be there at a certain time and he never is or that they will try and grt hold of him but they never seem to be able too, seems a bit strange since the manager is supposed to be running the hotel, we stayed for 4 nights in total and we didnt see the manager at all, the reception staff hide behind the fact that they cant get hold of her so cant help us....
awesome Room, even too big for us, beautiful swimming pool on the roof, and great breakfast options
We realized they charged our credit cards (2 different cards) 2 times and they didnt give us money back when once we were back in Italy. This is a huge problem.
Size of the room, Style and large comfortable beds
Wardrobe doors didn't work properly. Hot water took along time to reach the shower. One of the handles was missing on the shower taps.
Excellent location, great size rooms, very nice and modern design
Day staff was not helpful. Say 'yes' but nothing gets done. Rooms are unvocumed - before we moved in and even after I asked for it, and we stayed for 5 nights! The room felt unclean - not dirty, but unclean. Poor quality towels, worse than a hostel, and bed sheets. Asked to call a cab on Friday morning for a Saturday morning departure. They call our room around 11pm on Friday to inform that that service is not available but the more expensive is - complete bs as I went and booked via Internet.
The first impression of the hotel was great. It is very nicely decorated and appeared quite clean.
Our room wasn't serviced the first day and when it was it wasn't done very well. Requests to reception were ignored. They were generally not very helpful. No towel rails in the bathroom made it awkward to hang up wet towels.
Qualitative breakfast with sufficient options (e.g. poached eggs, pancakes) Nice design of the hotel and rooms. Lots of space in the room.
Minor finishing touch of the rooms (silicone in the shower, connection of the bidet,...) Ask for a room on the non-streetside, otherwise you are provided with all the loud streetnoises...
We needed a place to wind down and this was nice and quiet just what we needed for five days of r&r
Bad is large and comfortable
Limites breakfast option
- Staff was friendly. - Good location, but not that safe. - Almost no street noise.
- AC is central and HOT! You can't control the room temperature. - Poor WiFi. - Pool is ~0.5 m deep! - Shower box without door, the restroom floor gets wet. - Doors hinges needs oil. - Artificial juice on breakfast
The size of the room! Hot water and microwave in the restaurant which we can use. Staff are friendly, can speak English and recommended nice restaurants.
The surrounding area is not that safe. Swimming pool is a bit too small and not deep enough for adults.
Location is fair. Hotel is new/renovated. rooms are big.
Their "king size" bed is just 2 doubles pushed together. The WiFi router is in the hall, so don't expect much reception inside the room. You can't control the A/C from your room. you must call reception and ask them to turn it on/off. Bring your own towels, as the hotel's probably won't be replaced. Used towels from the floor were placed back on the hanger for us to re-use. and the most important thing - DON'T ASK THE RECEPTION FOR ANYTHING!!! They gave us bad information time after time ! Causing us waste valuable time and money!
It is very well located, the pool in the rooftop is beautiful but dirty. The bed is very big and confortable
-The receptionists were very unfriendly, even the manager was extremely rude when we told her the wifi wasn´t working..She didn´t want to talk to us directly. - Breakfast is very poor and the breakfast room smells like oil and after breakfast all your clothes smell like fried chicken. - The room was literally dirty. The towels had brown stains! it looks like they bought them used. - It is sold as modern but they haven´t painted the room in years. - There is no "do not disturb" sign, so the cleaning lady just enter in my room and I was sitting on the toilet. Awkward.
The location is on a quiet street in San Telmo, but close to Puerto Madero and not so far from the tourist center of the city. Employees are solicitous, though some do not speak English properly. If necessary, employees indicate good attractions, shops and restaurants. The rooms are large, spacious and well maintained.
The air conditioning is central, then have to call the front desk to change the room temperature.
Spacious rooms. Location near bus and subte stations. Good breakfast. Helpful receptionists.
There was no extra toilet paper in our room and we had to ask for it when toilet paper run out.
Very poor staff service, 2 times taxi service ordered at the desk, 2 times problems. Better book yourself taxi to make sure you have transportation and it will cost you half price!
