Staff were exceptional so friendly and informative. Location was excellent, rooms comfortable well set out couldn't ask for more we had one night booked and went back for another two
- Location - Staff - Food - Hotel set-up - Within walking distance of many historic sites - Free luggage storage - Later breakfast hours than other places we stayed at
- We might have looked for a cheaper hotel option if we didn't receive the Booking.com discount
Cute small hotel. No windows in the rooms, but didn't bother us. Breakfast included fresh fruits, eggs in different ways and other extras. Very helpful staff, good English spoken. Front door locked all the time, some one at the reception always. Good location for San Telmo and Puerto Madero; a bit further away from city center and metro. Wifi probably the best we had during our Argentina trip.
Absence of cleaning. During our 4-night stay, no change of linens or towels. In some days, not even the bed was made. The towel for the bathroom floor was taken away after the first night, and never brought back. Curious. No warm water the first 2 nights, after which we complained at the reception - it seems that someone had forgotten to turn on the water heater for our room. Worked very well after that.
The bed was really nice and comfortable.
I booked two nights and left after the first night. The guy of the reception was not friendly, not helpful with the checkin because I had to pay directly at checkin and I stayed there for two days. I want to pay the room in pesos and they charge me the blue rate, that means I pay 600 pesos more for two nights!
very nice place
All of the staff members were super helpful and so fun to talk to. They made our experience so pleasant.
Great location near market, walking distance to great restaurants and not far from dockside walks. Changed room as first room had no window and was quite gloomy. Breakfast ok, fruit and eggs supplied but bread was terrible. Male reception staff extra helpful and pleasant.
This hotel has a doorbell entry system and when we arrived there was nobody to let us in. The female receptionist arrived a little later having been to a local shop. She also left us standing waiting outside on two other occasions, we thought the bell was not working but when we asked she said yes, she knew we were there, she saw us on the camera. We did not complain as we thought we might be left outside longer next time! Not enough towels in bathroom, two small towels and one guest towel supplied. Not changed even though wet. No soap supplied for two days of our four day stay. Small issues, but could be perfect if more attention to these details.
The staff was so helpful and approachable--they made our stay easier and better!
Great location, in the heart of San Telmo. The hotel has character. The bathroom is good. The bed is comfy.
A little bit noisy fir rooms by the street.
Lovely staff. Close to cafes restaurants.
Room had no window. Bathroom very dark. Basic breakfast , extra for eggs.
Everything! Cant fault it!
Location Staff breakfast
Soundproofing Noisy guests late at night
The staff was very nice and kind.
Hotel transferee us to hotel babel suites due to redecorating. Babel suites provided great service and very much enjoyed pooldeck on the roof. Pool was just big enough to jump in for a cooldown.
Design of the hotel; friendly and helpful staff; location in the center of San Telmo district.
Breakfast is rather poor; quite small room size without window, although it was clean and equipped with basic things you need.
Big comfortable beds. Attentive and friendly staff, itchy Richie.
Canopy over inner courtyard bangs around in the wind and can hear the knocking sounds in room.
Cool place, good atmosphere, great location.
Breakfast was poor and it was noisy at night.
