Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel erfolgt, allerdings: 1. ich musste auf den Fahrer warten, 2. der Fahrer kannte den Weg zum Hotel nicht 3. der Preis war mehr als viermal so hoch wie eine Taxifahrt gekostet hätte (der Transfer erfolgte vom nationalem Airport, nicht vom Internationalen), insgesamt fühle ich mich vom Hotel betrogen; Außerdem: Frühstück gibt es erst ab 09:00 Uhr, das ist viel zu spät

pleasant, courteous staff; location- tried hard to please, seemed more like a B&B, than typical hotel, and I would recommend for younger couples. Rooms decorated with hearts and flowers-- heart shaped jacuzzi clearly intended for amorous adventures-- Don't bring the kids!

Our room had no windows and we had minimal closet space; odd heating/ air conditioning system; older building; would not recommend to couples over 50, as we tend to like elevators, gyms; and room service;We thought the extra $40 per day for additional family member was too high, especially since we all slept past breakfast-- but we liked the location across from Olsen's.

The facility was quite unique, warm, and personal.

We did not think Palermo Hollywood lived up to its expectations. The footpaths and general neighborhood were "works in progress" while the adjacent area of Palermo Viejo/Soho was quite charming.

Location is excellent. Hotel is very charming.

The only minor detail was the bathroom is very small, not much counter space to put your stuffs.

The hotel is located in a very calm and relaxing region of Buenos Aires

Improve control under cleaning and room toilette keeping, the equipment of mine was broken and along the 3 days of my journey I had to live with a broken flush and some other fix-needed things. Instructions about go and leave from the hotel is needed too, since it's too far from a metro station.

The staff at this hotel was absolutely outstanding and I cannot stress that enough. Small personal boutique hotel, very personal very helpful. Really better than five star service. The area that this hotel is located in was terrific for dining especially and very close to some chic (but not high end designer, but more local high end) fashion stores. The area was great for relaxing. The hotel design was charming, bohemian, eclectic. It was great to stay inside one of the old houses in this area and see the architectural elements.

It was not that hot in BA but hot enough to use AC since my windows opened on the first floor outdoor patio and so I felt like I could not keep them open. The AC did not really cool the room, it was comfortable but not really cool.
