Great place to stay in BA. Very central, clean with Nice swimming pool
Could be renewed. Ask for non superior rooms they have shower not baths.
Its not my first time there and i always feel home whit them !! The staff is very nice and of course my lady at the front desk is absolutly genius and Lionel is amazing
Trendy urban design
The Gym, The pools.
The bed was hard and not very comfortable. The Air condition was kinda unstable, The room had a lot of ants, The jacuzzi's was closed. And the shower created steam in the whole room. It's not really a 4 star Hotel.
Pools and exercise areas are great. Room modern and clean. Great shower. Good value.
Room needs small desk because there is nowhere to work or place personal items. Immediate neighborhood not pleasant for tourists. Several lonely blocks walk at night to anywhere.
You get a lot for your money staying at this hotel. The hotel have two really nice pool areas - one on the inside and one on the outside. The hotel is close to the city center and you have very cosy restaurants and small boutiques in the area. Don't miss the Sunday-market in Defensa st! I'm also very happy with the hotel staff, the cleaners are very friendly and most of the receptions are very helpful.
Even though maybe half of the guests at the hotel is gay, it is not a gay hotel any more. There are no parties or events going on and the bar closes early. Maintenance of the hotel has been poor. I wish I was at the hotel when it was new. Also, if you're gay, all the bars and pubs are in Palermo, so be prepared to take a taxi when going out.
Be Trimos is a fancy place, two pools, one is located in the glassroof of the atrium, nice architecture. But the staff is just so so. Not bad, not great.
Staff is not bad, no problems. But a long way to go towards "really good". Location is San Elmo, but a bit away from the scene. WiFi is pretty useless in many rooms.
We were traveling couple of weeks in Argentina. Wanted to have something relaxing for the rest of the few days. This place was perfect, spa, fitness, pool area etc. And the staff A+++
The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel design was interesting with all the glass and concrete. Loved the pools. Location was good between the centro and San Telmo. Gay friendly hotel.
Price of breakfast was too high.
Excellent service from the staff, most notably the desk clerk Carolina. She was extremely helpful providing restaurant recommendations.
Though the hotel was of a decent standard, it requires some updating/renovations.
nice staff good breakfast nice pool area
Poor breakfast. No restaurant
Dirty swimmingwater outside pool.
The staff were fantastic - professional and helpful. The pool area was really nice and the location is excellent.
Rooms getting a bit old, but are clean.
Design of this hotel with clean lines and a glass elevator was the only nice thing about it.
Filthy hotel rooms floors. Black mold in the bathroom! Damaged walls and Caroline at the front desk was rude and defensive every time I asked her to help me with something even like directions.
Staff went out if their way to help
Wifi was poor
The staff were terrific, location good. Next to some great bars and restaurants. Very modern and clean.
Wifi was a bit spotty. But overall great place.
Good location to explore Buenos Aires: close to San Telmo and not too far away from the Avenida de Mayo. Excellent parilla nearby.
Breakfast was annoyingly repetitive and not particularly tasty. Noise level during the night unacceptable: we were repeatedly woken up by car horns, rubbish collectors etc. (note: it is not even a large street and we were on 6th floor).
- a nice design hotel - fair location
- Noise (there's a construction going on now in front of the hotel) - Additional fees to use the gym/sauna
The style of the hotel was amazing, rooftop gym, spa, pool, lights and rooms all very smart and clean. Comfy beds and sheets. Love the glass bottom pool above the hotel stairs great touch.
The staff we're bit rude and looked down on a young couple as if we weren't good enough and not very helpful.
Staff were excellent at English language which definitely made our stay better as staff were able to communicate tourist information
The only criticism would road noise more insulation would help with this. This is why sleep was rated good opposed to excellent The transport to the airport while the driver was friendly and helpful the car smelt of cigarette to the point that my clothes smelt of cigarettes when I left the car.
The pool, its great when you stay on summer! Good value for money. The hotel does not have that feeling of a business hotel, its fun to stay here when you are on a business trip and even better for vacation. I like the neighborhood - San Telmo is charming.
Rooms need a bit of renovation. Breakfast is not so good. This time it got even worse as for me. Dear chef, please use sausages which are better than those ones. The same applies to omelette. The bar was closed. I have to say that the hotel has lost a some of its charm since it was transferred to new owners. Weak wifi in my room.
Rooms are old and need urgently some remodelations!
Nothing, it was highly embarrassing
A work collegue had to pay $20 and show his ID to come and get a jacket from my room. This is poor especially with the fact that I paid for two people in the room and was solo. The person did not pay and left.
