The real difference between standard and superior room is the price. Otherwize, you'll find a shower in standard room and a tub in the superior. Nothin else !!! I tried both.
We liked the very modern design of the hotel. Rooms and beds are comfortable. The location in SanTelmo is very nice: the area is quite lively.
The street of the hotel is a bit shabby. Some details of the beautiful rooms need repairing.
The hotel was great staff very friendly and helpful
It's hard to be negative if I had one tip it would be the bathroom could have done with a refresh ( the silicone around the tub and the paintwork were old) but nothing big.
The glass bottomed pool on the top level was fantastic. The showers in the rooms were also great, incredible pressure.
My partner was told that there was a $20 fee for using the pool, but this was not charged when we booked out. A little confusing, but nothing too bad!

Good location and friendly staff.
Don't like that the pool/spa is not included in the price and that's not that clear on the website. Also the towels were pretty bad (too thin nonabsorbent) and we could have used more than one per person.
Lovely staff, clean room, excellent breakfast. i'd stay again.
Not many places to go or eat around at night, streets empty, not a good place to walk around alone at night
Personal was very helpful. Nice sauna and swimming pools.
No hair dryer, mirror on the wall wasn't clean for the whole stay (3nights). Breakfast was not included and very expensive for the choices they offered. I had breafast and left the restaurant to pick up my partner in the room, we went down together, they charged us 3xbreakfast. At the end they took it out after we complained.
Modern alternative decor easy motorway access for international airport
Dodgy part of town difficult to find a restaurant in safe walking distance no catering in hotel
The air conditioning didn't heat up.
Very central location, fantastic staff, clean and modern rooms, wifi well performing and superfast
I was surprised to see taht in the 10 USD extra-quota for the breakfast, a cappuccino was to be paid apart. Only coffee and milk were included in the standard price
The design of the hotel and the comfy bed! And a better variation of breakfast than other hotels!
The smell from the drain in the bathroom!
Great location in San Telmo, walking distance to everything in this area. Modern hotel design. Great steam shower in room. Lots of closet space.
At times, the lobby smelled like toilet water and the water fixture ceiling was leaking. Very thin doors/walls, could hear people speaking boisterously in the lobby/common areas. Carpentry in rooms a little shoddy.
Solid 3 star hotel. Basic Essentials and clean room. The design is very modern but the amenities were very basic.
No pens/paper in room and no desks. Basic room felt like a glamorized hostel, but still nice and clean.
Design hotel, very nice! Staff very kind
Even if the room was prepaid, they want all Credit Card data (including secur code) for warranty. It seems a routine in Argentina...
all staff was cool! almost location is really nice.
Rooms were well designed for a small area and the air conditioning meant we had a great retreat from the heat. Staff were very helpful with our needs speaking excellent English.
it would have been good to have some shade around the pool area as we found it too hot to sit out there. We had some real trouble with internet but this could have been temporary but at the time was very frustrating!
The location was good.
No privacy with the set up of the bathroom. No spa or gym facilities available.
Very nice design hotel in Buenos Aires ! Will stay there again.
We stayed at BeHotel formally known as Axel and were really impresses with the design and the facilities. It really is a beautiful hotel, with excellent attention to detail. We loved the 2 pools and the gym. One of the guys on reception was amazingly helpful and couldn't do enough for us.
The place is beginning to look a bit shabby in places which is a real pity. I think it's lost it's identity a bit, having been a gay hotel it now doesn't know who it's marketing itself to.
Good location, Staff very helpful.
a/c was too low...1 elevator is not enough
Didn´t respect the price on my booking when i was abut to pay, it took me hours to arrange that!
Great hotel. Staff was very kind, cheerful and helpful. Good location near some important sites of interest, subway at 600 meters. Outdoor pool was very nice; it was good to spend the end of the afternoon lying on a chair. Room is fine and clean.
