Courteous, friendly and helpful staff who were comfortable speaking english. Nice little bar that served good food, well priced. Good area. No, but I would have liked to have a steam room or sauna |

La excelente ubicacion en la Recoleta y su buena relacion precio/calidad La atencion de su personal, dos dias antes de nuestra salida no nos preparanos la habitacion porque se equivocaron con la fecha y ni siquiera dieron las disculpas del caso. |

La ubicaciòn del mismo Yo hice la reserva para mi y 2 parejas mas al momento de hacer la reserva quedaban 2 habitaciones baratas y 1 mas cara . Por ètica me quede con la mas cara . Sin embargo a los que fueron conmigo como no habìa mas lugar a 2 les dieron la misma habitaciòn que a mi y a otros una suite mucho mejor. Sin embargo los 4 pagaron menos que yo . |
