Located on Florida Street, popular for its leather stores, the hotel is situated in the heart of Buenos Aires shopping and art gallery district. Wi-Fi is free. Retiro subway station is 5 blocks away.

Quite adequate size room that is well lit. The room offers the ability to turn off the air conditioning if one wishes. They offer an adequate breakfast included in the price of the room, but the limited choices make breakfast boring if you are there for more than three breakfasts.
The nearest subway is at least a half-mile away and not in a straight path. One of the 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. desk staff spoke a VERY inadequate amount of English. I asked the staff about a fixed price ride to the airport but they failed to tell me that price did not include tolls. It was good that I had 40 extra pasos on me.
Bed very comfortable Walking distance to good restaurants & shops. Quiet, no disruptions from other guests. Good security.
In need of some renovation, i.e. shower recess grubby, not unclean but old. Flooring worn and peeling. No access to any English speaking News on TV.
Excellent location. Large room with comfortable bed.
Have to pay extra for internet, in this time and age is not acceptable. The electricity generator was very close to our room window and we had the generator noise 3 out of 4 days we stayed. We asked to check out at 4 pm, they could do it but they'd charge half a day.
nice clean rooms great location staff was helpful
paying for wireless service (ARS 55) on a daily basis is stupid. One day they even ran out of codes and we had to wait until they made new ones. Why not just include it in the room charge? Make it easy on every one!
The location in Recoleta is lovely - a safe neighborhood, close to attractions, plazas, shopping and restaurants. The rooms are also very comfortable.
While most other hotels in the city (and all over Argentina, per my experience so far) offer free wifi, BelAir charges guests 55 pesos per DAY for this service, which is a bit outrageous. Laundry services are also quite steep - I had two small bags of clothes to launder, as I am traveling for a long period of time, and the charge was 810 pesos (about $100)! These serviced are extremely overpriced. So while the hotel rate is fairly reasonable, I wouldn´t recommend this hotel if you plan on needing any additional services.
Good neighborhood, breakfast and staff.
The heat of the room was to high
The smell of the room, due to the open sewage in the bathroom. And not having free wi-fi.
hotel facilities & location Desk staff helpful
poor staff service in bar/ bistro
I booked for 2 nights and was charged for 3 nights!!!
1 night refund
This is a lovely, old hotel with all of the modern conveniences and updated accommodations. The location in Recoleta is perfect and it was very well priced for its exceptional quality.
I was charged for international toll-free calls I had to make to the U.S. I was not aware of the fee for these calls and was offended to learn of this after having had an already difficult experience dealing with the issues on the other end of the line.
Location in Recoleta, nice and beautiful surroundings
Wi-Fi offering was limited and charged daily per gadget. When mentioned that this is not a usual offering in other hotels they finally didnt charge the fee.
A perfect location to be... As you enjoy this beautiful city and walk under the souls of old trees.
very nice sorroudings, staff was very helpful.breakfast very good.
For a hotel catering to tourists we did not think the front desk people were as knowledgable as they should have been.
For a three star hotel it is excellent... The staff is extremely helpful, patient and knowledgable .... The rooms are nicely appointed and very quiet.... Excellent value for money....
Would have be nice to have wifi in my room.... One of the elevators is a bit temperamental
This was our 4th stay in the hotel. We felt that less effort is being made on maintenance than in the past. One elevator was lout of action when we arrived and stayed out of action until the other elevator stopped on our 4th day. Both then started working.
Very nice surroundings. Staff was very helpful and can't say enough good things about our stay. If ever in the area would stay there again. would recommend this establishment to any one who asked. Their complementary breakfast was tops. Dennis and Lucy
Te cobran por el WiFi!!!!
The staff were so helpful and charming.
Good location Cleanliness Silent room
Expensive wifi Tiny room
Close to shopping, parks and restaurants. Felt very safe walking around city from this location.
Breakfast area is small and can be very crowded when a tour group is dining all at once.
Small Hotel and Great Location.
Hotel was at a nice location, next to Teodoros, good restaurant. Staff was friendly and cooperative. Recommend hotel.
Everything was fine, no complaints
