We asked at the beggining if we could all be in the same floor and that we would prefer double bed than 2 singles. And nothing was done to accommodate us better

Front desk staff were always helpful and courteous. Location. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel is nicely located at the edge of the city's micro-center. The breakfast was far more than continental. The staff were courtesy and friendly. The room was of a very comfortable size.

The bath tub/shower was a little primitive by modern standards.

The front desk staff were excellent. They helped us book tickets for excursions, called for transportation, gave detailed descriptions of how to get to places of interest. There is a very good restaurant on site.

friendly staff, super breakfast, easy to get to anywhere (apart from temporary roadworks which should have bben completed by now), lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance, quiet room, good internet

Ingrained stains on bedroom carpets. Extensive renovation work being carried out outside hotel which made it seem like being on a building site.

the double beds were not comfortable for a 4 night stay. after the second night we had backaches. beds are getting worn

I liked everything about this Hotel. Very efficient staff and everyone speaks english. Great breakfast. Very clean. They also are very accommodating with storing luggage and very helpful in arranging cabs and tours. I highly recommend this Hotel.

The staff is very nice and accommodating as well as English speaking. The website said they will accept pesos only for payment however, when checking out they offered the option to pay with credit card so just double check beforehand. My room was clean and had a comfortable temperature.

The street that the hotel is located on is under construction and doesn't look like it will be complete any time soon (I stayed January 2013) so my cab driver had to drop me off a block away but it was a short walk it really wasn't too big of a deal.

The bisonte is an older hotel near san martin plaza and its metro station. It could probably do with a few minor room improvements, but it is not in decline. The staff is excellent and approachable, and the hotel's amenities are adequate without being effete. Everything works. I arrived early and, to my surprise, was immediately given a room. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is very adequate. It seems to get a lot of return/regular guests.

Central location to all major points of interest in Buenos Aires. Quite and safe area. Very helpful and friendly hotel staff. Excellent hot & cold breakfast/brunch served till noon on weekdays and 1pm on Sundays! Wifi available in all areas of the hotel.

the check out clerk in the morning appeared to not be prepared to accept my credit card which i had reserved the hotel booking on over internet and appeared to be demanding cash in the end my wife whose first language is spanish spoke to him and bill was paid by credit card. Room carpets badly stained in several places and need shampooing.

The curtains did not cover the window fully. A small thing: the staff could be a bit less formal, but maybe it is an Argentinian cultural thing :)

The staff were friendly and very helpful with an old world flair that is missing in this modern age. The room was comfortable, spacious and very reasonably priced. The location was very conveniant. The breakfast was nice.

Computer availability is meager.

Staff was very helpful. We had tons of luggage and was all dealt with swiftly. We arrived very early in the morning and staff organised a room at 9 am, well before the normal check in tkme of 1pm. Room was of a good soze and bed comfortable.

Breakfast would have had a bit more variety. A/C wasn't the best.
