Aura Suites Boutique Hotel  

My room was very small and simple, but clean. It had a small refridgerator, a phone and television. Wireless internet was dicey in this particular room (the Violette Room), but elsewhere on the premises the reception was excellent. One of the staff, whose name was Darwin, was extremely helpful, and made my stay so much more enjoyable, as he spoke pretty good English and my Spanish is horrific.

The room was not properly cleaned. We found long black hairs that were not ours in the bathroom. The breakfast was a little bit poor. The hotel looked nicer on photo's on the internet. Maybe the photo's are 10 years old?

The beautiful hotel in a tastefully renovated old mansion is centrally located. I very much liked the comfortable room and bathroom and the beautiful patio in the back with its black and white tiles. Also, there is a roof terace with jacuzzi (which, however, I did not use - and which look like it had not been used in a while). The woman at the reception (the second day) was extremely friendly.

There is only one detail I was not 100% happy with, and that's how I was treated on arrival. The guy at the reception seemed grumpy and uninterested, no word of welcome was uttered. Admittedly, my Spanish is not very good, but it seemed to me that he spoke neither English nor Spanish - but it's hard to tell since he did not really speak to me.

I had booked a single room but was upgrade to a larger room without that I asked. They just asked me if would like to have a larger room. This made my stay very pleasant. Thank you very much to the staff!! Very friendly staff. The location in Palermo is very good with a short walk to Bulness metro station. A short taxi ride and you find a lot of nice restaurants

The single that I had booked from the beginning was located half stair below ground floor and was very small. Not shown on the pictures. Breakfast was very small compared with European standards.

This is a very small intimate hotel with a nice location, great neighborhood, and very nice rooms. We specially liked the breakfast room with a beautiful garden that also could be used for breakfast outside. The staff was friendly and helpful, but only one person was fluent in English, which did not really matter. The junior suite was a little small, so if you can afford it, chose a larger room.

The staff was great! Nice little hotel. Overall satisfied with my stay.

Es un hotel muy bonito, con muchos detalles en la decoración y muy bién restaurado. Es atendido por personas jóvenes muy preocupadas y atentas en la estadía en la ciudad. Fui con mi mamá, viaje de madre e hija, y fue muy grato para ambas. La ubicación es de lo mejor, es una calle llena de matices desde buenos restaurants, hasta tiendas de moda, zapaterías, papeleras, o puedes hacer un lindo paseo bajo los enormes árboles que coronan las calles. Está muy cerca de Av.Santa Fé y de Av. Córdova, una arteria que te comunica con el centro de la ciudad y luego un fácil retorno al Hotel.-

Cuando llegamos habíamos elegido una habitación Classic, y estaba en el subsuelo, no tenía vista y estaba muy encerrado, cosa que no sabíamos hasta llegar. Se escuchaban los ruidos de la cocina y las instalaciones del baño tenían problemas. Se lo comunicamos a los chicos y rápidamente nos cambiaron a una pieza maravillosa. Para viajeros exigentes elegir piezas superiores.

Es un hotel precioso, decorado de maravilla, acogedor, te sientes como en casa muy protegido. El hotel está reservado a nombre de mi marido, pero fui yo que soy su mujer, y me sentí muy bien allí. Los chicos encantadores. Tomar desayuno en ese lugar es como un paraíso, todo es fino y provensal. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero acogedoras no se necesita más. Es un hotel para gente sensible al diseño y la belleza y que no gusta tanto de la modernidad. Yo me sentí feliz y acopañada allí, pese a estar sola. En una palabra VOLVERE:

L'accueil et le personnel.

La chambre était très petite, pas en rapport avec l'impression visuelle laissée sur le site. Mais on nous a transféré dans une plus grande, le lendemain. Ces deux chambres sont situées au sous-sol, avec un espace fenêtre (1\2) limité et la vue sur la partie inférieure de la terrasse.

O hotel prima pelo atendimento. Toda equipe do hotel foi extremamente solícita em tudo que necessitamos. O hotel é muito aconchegante em um belo estilo clássico francês. A localização é excelente em termos de bons restaurantes e comércio. O elegante Shopping Palermo fica apenas a 10 minutos de uma agradável caminhada pelas ruas arborizadas do bairro. O hotel possui um agradável e bonito jardim intermo e uma bela Jacuzzi no terraço.O Café da manhã é bem variado e saboroso, contando com diversas frutas frescas, fato raro em hoteis 4 estrelas em Buenos Aires. Nossos agradecimentos a todos do hotel pela agradabilíssima estadia que tivemos. Parabéns.

Não houve nada que tivesse nos desagradado ou não tenhamos gostado.

Puerta de vidrio en baño no cerraba, falta algo de mantenimiento.

Me hubiera gustado un desayuno un poco mas variedad de cosas para poder elegir, no estuvo mal, muy atentas las chicas.
