The room was comfortable but a bit on the small side.

The room was noisey. There was a nightclub close by that was very noisey. We asked for another room for the following night which the staff happily obliged. The breakfast was OK but the scrambled eggs were fowl. Made out of powdered eggs I think. Yuck. Why not use real eggs? Is there a hen shortage??

the room was on the side of the street and it was very noisy all day long.there is a lot of trafic in the street.There is a bar next door and you could here the music all night and the people getting in and out.At night it was impossible to sleep

This is a nice hotel, with very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms with two beds are very small. There is a bar next door that is a hangout for young people to dance until 7:00 A.M., with loud music. We would not stay here again.

friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the immediate reaction when we went to the rooom and found it to be a smokers room.

Rooms are attractive, carefully designed with a Japanese feel and hotel is well located with restaurants and shops nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful in every way.

Be prepared for tight quarters- rooms are fairly tiny.

O café da manhã é muito bom, variado. Estacionamento muito amplo.

O tamanho do quarto é reduzido, não pequeno para duas pessoas.

A facilidade para cancelar tudo e ir buscar outro hotel

Quartos são tão pequenos que as malas não cabem. Os banheiros são separados do quarto por um vidro fosco. O quarto cheira um perfume forte para esconder o cheiro de cigarro.

El tamaño de la habitación. Era extremadamente pequeña. Ni siquiera podíamos abrir la maleta en el suelo.

Banheiro nao tinha um cheiro muito bom quando chegamos, mas logo foi resolvido. Internet wi-fi nao pega direito no quarto.

Zentrale Lage, nicht zu viele Zimmer, grosse Dusche (jedoch ohne Badewanne).Gutes Frühstück.

Die Mitarbeiter des Empfangs sind nicht besonders kundenfreundlich und auch nicht hilfsbereit. Wir wurden nur gegrüsst wenn wir als Gäste zu erst grüssten. Einzige Ausnahme war das Hausmädchen!!! Die Zimmer sind sehr klein: Die Nasszelle ist fast grösser als das Zimmer. Das Hotel ist definitiv kein Designhotel. Zudem haben wir zwei T-shirts im Zimmer vergessen: Bis heute hat sich keiner bei uns gemeldet.
