Staff was extremely nice and polite. It was very well designed. Breakfast was good but crowded. The elevator was claustrophobic, our room was too small. |

The staff of the Blue Tree hotel is very good!! They give us an special feeling during our stay at The Blue Tree. I would recommend this hotel to everybody who wants to have a special attention in an foreigner country. |

The location was great for food and atmosphere as well as within walking distance of many of BA's great features. The staff were really personable and helpful with advice about things to do etc. More shared space (lounge, computer area and book exchange) would make the place a lot more comfortable. The restaurant is pretty sterile so is not a nice place for a drink so you are pretty much confined to your room or have to leave. The rooms are nice and clean but small and the black decor is a bit depressing and tired. |

The hotel is in a very nice area of ba. Hotel staff is very friendly, the room very nice and clean. Breakfast is super. Price/quality ok I booked the room via booking.com, there was a mistake (in my favour) in the price for the first night ($9 instead of $90). The total price of the hotel ($99 for two nights) was a reason for me to book Although it was obvious it was not my mistake, but of the hotel <-> booking.com they wanted me to pay. After long discussions I could pay the price I booked on the website. |

The location of the hotel is good. It is close to some big streets, like Santa Fe and Puyerredon, with shops, restaurant and transport. Still it is not too much noise from traffic. The hotel is clean, modern and the staff is friendly and helpful. My room was nice, not very big but good value for money. I had no bad experiences with this hotel. |

os funcionários tentam melhorar as condições do hotel que são um pouco precárias como o pouco espaço no lobby do hotel onde tambem é servido o café da manhã e ficamos em pé na primeira manhã porque não tinha lugar para sentar. Pelo preço cobrado deveria ser bem mais confotável Ver resposta acima |

Gostaria de destacar o atendimento cordial de todos os funcionários (manhã, tarde e noite). Extremamente atenciosos e prestativos, foi um prazer ter me hospedado no hotel. Gostaria de destacar uma funcionária em espcifíco, Natalia de reservas que foi extremamente cooperativa quando tive um problema com minha passagem. Outro destaque são as acomodações, acho que o hotel passou por uma reforma, porque o visual dos quartos e banheiros é moderno e bem novo. |

Os funcionários são muito educados, o café da manhã é realmente excelente, como já comentaram aqui, e a decoração dos quartos é clean e sofisticada (embora as paredes pretas possam não agradar a todos). Ainda sobre os quartos, a limpeza é impecável e a roupa de cama é de qualidade e muito confortável. A localização, no Bairro da Ricoleta, é ideal. Considerando o preço dos hotéis em BsAs é difícil imaginar uma relação custo benefício melhor. Embora seja um problema pequeno e desprezível frente as qualdades do hotel, os 2 pequenos elevadores (para 3 pessoas) não dão conta nos horários de rush, especialmente porque os hospédes usualmente se esquecem de fechar suas portas pantográficas. |
