Bobo Hotel & Restaurant  

I liked the location of the place and the breakfast was good.

Regarding the facilities my room had a constant drain smell every time you used the shower or the sink. About the Staff they definitely not friendly, un respectful treatment with one old and 2 adult couples. We came back to Buenos Aires two weeks later and booked an other hotel and when we arrived we didn't like it so we decided to do a reservation at BoBo Hotel, because although we didn't like it thar much it was a known place. They accept the reservation and said they would wait for us. When we got there they were really un respectful and accused us of stealing one of the room's bathroom carpet and two bath ropes the las time we stayed there, so they wasn't sure of letting us stay. You can understand that if one pays 2000 usd for 4 nights hotel probably you don't have the need of stealing an used bathroom carpet and ropes! And in any case is the hotel responsibility to check the rooms when you do the check out, to assure this kind of things doesn't happen. It was a really uncomfortable experience, they were very un respectful and of course we end up moving to another boutique hotel with kind and welcoming staff. We are now working on a complain to the boutique hotel's association.

My husband and I traveled throughout South America and we stayed at Bobo during our visit to Buenos Aires. It was recommended by two of our friends who spoke very highly of them. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our entire vacation! The breakfasts were delicious, we ordered off a menu instead of selecting from a buffet (which is a nice change from the average hotel breakfast plan). We also had dinner one night in their restaurant and it was fantastic. Their location in Palermo was perfect, quiet but still very close to all the shops, restaurants, and metro. The service provided by Miguel at their front desk was exceptional, he recommended great places to eat that weren't too touristy, booked us an awesome tango show/dinner, and even made all of our reservations ahead of time. He went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Convenient and safe location in the city, and a comfortable and clean stay make this a perfect boutique hotel to stay at a great destination!

Great location, botique style with a great staff (especially Miguel and Maximo). Quiet small personable hotel with a nice "feel". Good value for money in a city that generally overcharges for hotels

Miguel (at the front desk) and Maximo (restaurant manager) were awesome. Both are fluent in english, friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to assist in our site seeing in BA. Maximo arranged a top 10 dinner at the Bo Bo Restaurant and then proceeded to wait on us! A great time. A fun boutique hotel in Palermo. Steve & Ginny, Minneapolis

The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. The location was excellent. The hotel was upscale, trendy, clean great design features. Loved the breakfasts and the bar for drinks before and after dinner.

The cost of 24pesos for a bottle of water in the room was absolutely ridiculous. You have my credit card, please give me a refund for this charge.

Small & select . A bit different from the run of the mill hotels. The Palmermo Soho area is somewhat urban but interlaced with smart apartment blocks ,shops and of course some really great restaurants including Bo Bo restaurant, also the Don Juan meat grill is only 2 blocks away on the same street! Very helpful front of desk staff only too pleased to order a taxi or recommend various trips or tango show.

It felt very friendly from the moment you arrived, the beds were really comfortable and clean, would not hesitate recommending your hotel to anyone who is staying in Buenos Aires. Thank you

Staff very good, if a little formal, breakfast was first class, location in palermo was right in midst of everything without the noise levels

No room fridge

The hotel staff was extremely careful and kind. The included breakfast is well served and tasty. The neighborhood is charming and it is close by to several options for work and leisure.

It was quiet, spotless and very comfortable. Excellent location for shopping and eating in the Palermo neighborhood. Gracious service and elegant spaces. We would stay there again!

Tudo no Hotel é uma graça. Os funcionários super atenciosos, o café da manhã super gostoso, o restaurante do hotel é fantástico, o quarto super gostoso, a limpeza, a organização e a localidade, que está muito próxima dos bares, restaurantes e baladas de Palermo. Fácil acesso as linha d que nos leva até a Casa Rosada e Puerto Madeiro. Excelente relação custo -beneficio para quem gosta da terra dos hermanos.

O hotel tem funcionários simpáticos.

Muito lixo nas proximidades. Não tinha frigobar no quarto. A proposta merecia um pouco mais de luxo e comodidade no quarto.

Educação e boa vontade dos funcionários.

Acomodações acanhadas, localizaçao ruim, (no bairro onde se situa o hotel, há um grande número de lojas fechadas, lixo acumulado nas ruas, calçadas esburacadas, etcc...) Provávelmente , reflexo da situação de deterioração econômica da Argentina.

Diseño y confort

La habitación era comfortable. La cama era muy cómoda con muy buenas sábanas.

El personal de conserjeria era nuevo y con poca preparación de parte del hotel.

O ambiente agrádavel, o conforto da cama, bom café da manhã.

Pecou na limpeza das áreas comuns, corredores próximos aos quartos , ...tive que pedir produtos de reposição simples, tais como: sabonetes,...etc
