I believe that the staff were very helpful and cooperative. The hotel was also conveniently located to transport, shops and restaurants. I understand that hotel services were based on the European model but Australians expect, as they find in the USA and Canada, that a coffee-maker/electric jug will be provided. The non-provision of a small refrigerator is equally infuriating! |

The staff was helpful at times and in certain cituations. They assisted with reservations for a day trip and with restaurant recommendations. Also, the breakfast (which was included) was simple but very good. They try to nickel-and-dime the guest the whole trip. The exchange rate at the front desk is 3.75 pesos per dollar but in the bar it is only 3.5:1. Guess where the front desk gets the pesos...THE Bar! The cost to mail a postcard to the us is 5.60 pesos but the front desk sells the postage for 10 pesos (almost 100% markup). The website states a 15% discount to pay in cash but they refused at check-out. A place that charges above average rates should offer better services instead of trying to make more money off the guests after they are stuck there. We spent the other half of our trip in another similar hotel in ba and they did all of the above for free (and at a lower nightly rate). |

The rooms were comfortable with ample space. Bobo provided an excellent base for exploring the Palermo district and is in walking distance to some of Palermo's best restaurants and shopping. |

Excellent location in Palermo, with easy walking access to restaurants, and many shops, very central. Excellent staff and attention to detail, and a fantastic world class restaurant. Highly recommended. |

The staff was very, very helpful and the hotel was beautiful. It felt like coming home every night to a beautiful home. The restaurant is also delicious and luxurious. Located in a beautiful neighborhood. Amazing experience! |

Bobo is a great hotel in Palermo. Beautiful facilities, clean, upscale rooms, and great food and bar. Staff was helpful in assisting us when we wanted to book a tour and answered e-mails promptly when we were running late. |

El staff es muy amable, la ubicación del hotel es muy cómoda y te permite visitar Palermo comodamente. Las toallas evidentemente no han sido renovadas en bastante tiempo y se nota. |
