An absolutely wonderful villa with very few rooms, hidden gardens, curious corners, the most thoughtful staff and a great fun part of town.
Loved it all.
Breakfast good Garden charming
No waste paper bins in room Single beds small No loo brushes
Can not thing in anything that i´d consider poor at Jardin Escondido. It´s marvellous - we stayed at Sofia´s bedroom.
uhhh... the price.
Small, cosy an very personal boutique hotel with wonderful decoration of Argentine and South American art and deco. Great breakfast and small garden.
The first room we got was facing the street with a lot of traffic and noice. Not what we expected from the name "Jardin escondido" and the pictures from the hotel. The wifi out of order in the room. We complained and were upgraded to a much better and tranquile room. However, the rooms are overpriced for what they are.
I am just finishing a short stay at the Jardin Nascondido. It is an intimate beautifully decorated and furnished hotel with a friendly staff and an awesome breakfast spread. It is very peaceful with a lovely little garden, tasteful good sized rooms and if you just want to chill without harassment, this is the place for you. A definate place for the weary traveller. Not much I didn't like. If pushed, I would say that it wasn't cheap.
everything. Service was great and the location too. Nice and clean room, beautiful shower gel. The area around the hotel is truly pretty and pulsating. we had some good tips on restaurants to go.
nothing really to say here.
Very cozy and romantic hotel. Very well decorated, very charming. Excellent rooms, good bed, silent, an oasis in Palermo.
- The staff was really spectacular and helpful. Especially Gladys. - The location, in Palermo, close to anything you'd seek. Leisure, shopping, restaurants. - This hotel really makes you feel like you're home.
- Wi-Fi in the room was quite unstable.
I had an excellent trip to a great city. The hotel was everything I hoped it would be : nice people, cozy atmosphere, lovely surroundings... Breakfast was a nice start of the day, getting ready for the evening with good wine and nice company... I'll surely go back again!
Hotel is great and the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Really made our stay in BA!
This hotel was more like staying at home than staying at an hotel. Very comfortable, relaxing and quiet. Close to lots of shops bars and restaurants but not so close as to get noisy. Very helpful team on the desk too
When the garden fountains were turned off at the beginning of our stay, mosquitos started to appear, making it a lot less pleasant to sit in the very charming garden
Best place to relax.
Wifi signal was there. But weak.
A beautiful oasis! We arrived and immediately wished we'd been able to spend more than one night there before leaving Buenos Aires. Lovely, authentic, helpful staff (especially Gladys and Fernando) made us feel at home, so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. With their sweet touches like afternoon tea made from pickings from their herb garden, served out in the courtyard with gorgeous little cakes. And the vibe of the man who has turned this home into a guest house is gently present, interesting and authentic - no hint of gimmicky marketing, simply an interesting story of his house that welcomes you. The place with all it's quirky nooks is all decorated beautifully with an understated elegance, and careful attention paid to the building's conservation. I could quite happily have spent a couple of weeks at this gorgeous place. And there's a delicious bakery next door called El Ninina - lush cake and coffee! To all who plan to stay here, enjoy.. you lucky monkeys!
Quite honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't like! Other than that we were leaving Buenos Aires and so were only able to stay for one night:(
Very good atmosphere on this House i love it
Bad connexion wifi
You feel home thanks to the so warm welcoming and dedicate staff. And last but not least, the place is wonderful and you can enjoy an excellent glass of wine by the silent courtyard ...a real Paradise in the middle of Buenos Aires.
We could have not had a more wonderful experience. The staff was exceptional. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious, and the house so charming and tasteful.
The pool looked large in the online ad, but was more of a decorative touch in the gorgeous courtyard. The atmosphere and friendly staff easily made up for this. We would stay there again and recommend to friends.
The staff were very professinal, welcoming and friendly. We had to leave at 5.00 am and they had arranged breakfast at 4.30. Checkin was well ahead of time. Charming surroundings this was like an oasis of peace in a very busy city. Location excellent. The decor and courtyard are just lovely.
There was a problem with the water heat and pressure in our suite. The cost for the night was reasonably high so this was a disappointment. However the staff handled it very well and provided access to another bathroom.
